Mid Autumn Festival 2013 - Jelly Mooncake

Mid Autumn Festival is tradisionally celebrated on the fifteenth day of the eight lunisolar month Which is in September or October. Mid Autumn Festival 2013 is September 19 Thursday.

Chinese people believe a full moon is a symbol of peace, prosperity, and family reunion. On Mid-Autumn Festival night the moon is supposed to be the brightest and fullest, which is why the festival is also known as the"Day of Reunion" and the "Moon Festival"


This year i am going to produce 8 flavour for jelly mooncake which is :
1)cendol with gula melaka
2)red bean
3)sweet corn
4)pumpkin (new)
5)mango
6)kiwi
7)dragon fruit
8)crystal mix fruits
