We had a fun spring break! We went to the zoo, went to Hersey, PA, and spent some time with wonderful friends at the harbor!

Happy Fall & Halloween!

What have been up to? Good question! A whole bunch. We have had a busy start to our fall, but it has been full of fun & adventure as usual. 

We have a kindergartner! Aubrey started school this year. She has already made lots of friends and loves going. It is full day so she leaves at 8:40 & gets home at 4:10. It is one long day!

Aubrey started soccer this year as well. She is really loving it. She is a great defender & has started getting the hang of scoring goals. Scoring goals is her favorite part. 

My parents came & we went down to Orlando for a couple of days. We started out with Lego Land. We had never been before & was pleasantly surprised. It was so cute & fun. 

Yes, i know what you are thinking. We went all the way to Orlando, FL to look at the place we are from. Yes, yes we did. Aubrey loved pointing out the places she had been. 

Then it was off to Disney World for a couple of days. Although a bit soggy most of the time Disney World was as magical as I remembered! We loved, loved going.               

We had the opportunity to be tourist down in southern VA for a couple of days. We saw some of the fun sites that VA has to offer. We went & checked out Williamsburg, Went to see the U.S.S Wisconsin Battle Ship (which is actually right where Romney announced his Vice Presidential candidate less than a week later), Virginia Beach, and Norfolk. What a wonderful time we had! Going to the beach makes me so sad we don't live close by one. So much fun~

Preschool is officially over! We did a mother's group preschool with some of the mother's in our ward. It has been super fun & in some ways I will be sad to say goodbye to it. We went some fun places this year apple picking, cupcake shop, post office, farm, fire station, cherry blossom festival. To end it all we had a little ceremony & it was darling. I am going to have a little girl in kindergarten very, very soon.

Some of our best friends came to visit us! It was a week full of fun & adventure. We jumped on the subway & saw a month's worth of DC/Virgina stuff in 1 week of time. The girls & I popped in & out depending on the time (strollers do not fit on the subway at rush hour!) Anyways, we had a marvelous time. We went to the museums of Natural History, American History, Printing & Engraving, American Indian, and Air & Space. Toured the Capital Building, Botanical Gardens, Saw the White House & all the monuments downtown, Arlington Cemetery, Mount Vernon, Georgetown, Georgetown Cupcakes, Dupont Circle shopping & yummy restaurants. Are you exhausted just from reading! Anyways, here are a couple pictures, but truth be told we were so busy we barely took any pictures!
