It possesses Asia's largest and most advanced vertical spraying production line, a vertical electrophoresis production line imported from Japan, casting equipment imported from the United States, and aluminum rod homogenizing furnaces imported from the United Kingdom, resulting in high production efficiency.
Xingfa's "Digital Factory" utilizes new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, smart logistics, and process reengineering to pioneer a data-driven new industrial model in the industry. It achieves comprehensive digitalization and intelligentization in R&D design, order management, manufacturing, logistics distribution, and production-supply-sales collaboration, earning the title of "Foshan City Digital and Intelligent Demonstration Factory".
Green production

Xingfa adheres to the concept of "green energy conservation throughout the entire process," integrating energy conservation and emission reduction into all aspects of its production and operation.
The company has implemented a centralized photovoltaic power generation demonstration project, currently constructing photovoltaic projects on 120,000 square meters of rooftop space within the factory, with a total installed capacity of 11.3 megawatts. This effectively alleviates power shortages, conserves coal and water resources, reduces emissions of various pollutants, and protects the ecological environment.
In 2014, the company's "Technical Transformation of Air Pollutant Emission Reduction in Aluminum Profile Production Lines" project was awarded the "National Industrial Clean Production Demonstration Project" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The company has successively received honors such as "National Green Factory," "Guangdong Provincial Clean Production Enterprise," and "First Batch of Guangdong Provincial Resource-Saving and Environmentally Friendly Enterprise Pilot Projects."
Authoritative Testing

We have established a nationally accredited laboratory—a physical and chemical testing center—and our test reports are nationally recognized and internationally mutually recognized.
We have imported advanced and comprehensive equipment, including an inverted microscope and photoelectric spectrometer from Germany, and a xenon lamp aging tester and salt spray tester from the United States.
Our testing covers the entire production and sales process, achieving closed-loop quality control for aluminum alloy profiles, including incoming material inspection, production process control inspection, and finished and semi-finished product quality inspection.
We have jointly established the "Xingfa-SCUT Joint Surface Engineering Technology R&D Center" with South China University of Technology.
Standard setters

Xingfa Aluminum has been actively involved in the drafting and compilation of standards for many years.
To date, Xingfa Aluminium has drafted 2 international standards, 80 national standards, and 36 industry standards, effectively promoting the integration of my country's aluminum extrusion processing industry with the international market and greatly enhancing the influence and voice of Chinese aluminum profile enterprises on the international stage.
As a key drafting unit, my country participated in the drafting of ISO 28340:2013, the first international standard for the aluminum profile industry, entitled "Composite Films for Aluminum Surfaces: Composite Films of Electrophoretic Organic Films and Anodized Films on Aluminum Surfaces". This is of great significance to China and the industry in breaking through technical trade barriers and increasing the import and export of aluminum profiles.
It has been awarded the titles of "International Standards Development and Innovation Demonstration Base" and "National Standards Development and Innovation Demonstration Base".

The IoT-based intelligent management cloud platform for equipment in the aluminum profile industry was recognized as a "Guangdong Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project"; the benchmark project for intelligent manufacturing application of high-performance precision aluminum profiles based on the Industrial Internet was recognized as a "Foshan Municipal Industrial Internet Benchmark Demonstration Project".
