It's been a while since I last spoke to you but the last days and weeks has been quite heavy on me. Rushing from appointment to appointment, home to work and so on. To be honest, I shouldn't be complaining of the amount of me beeing busy lately but sometimes it's tough. However, I myself choosed this lifestyle and knew what I would have to face but at the end of the day we all need some space to rest and quality time for ourselves as in staying in bed the whole day eating all kinds of sweets and candies. 

However, for those of you who follow me on Instagram, Facebook and now Snapchat (fabeautrends) know that 2 weeks ago I was at the Maybelline Make-Up Night to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Maybelline New York. It was a fun night with many many surprises, nice people and cool stuff. 

Personally, my highlight were the international celebrities who did a apperance at the event. Remember the gardener of Mrs. Solis back in the day from "Desperate Housewives"?! He was there too and literally made all the women go crazy, me including. I was able to get a very close shot of him (and the girlfriend) but though I was so close to him he still is so far. 

When I first got the invitation months ago there were things written like international celebrities are going to be there too, but apparently they didn't mentioned names which is why I literally gone crazy when Kelly Rowland showed up for a private concert. Like, how crazy is that? Always been a fan of her and her music but would have never thought of meeting her at such a event. Luckily, during her performance I was able to get a first row place where I danced like there's no tomorrow ..lol. Kelly and I also had a moment. I pulled my hand up and she walked right over to me, grabbed it and danced with me. I was like: Did this really happend? It did!

The food that was served there wasn't my favourite. They had these crazy mixes of peppermint with chocolate and olives which unfortunately was so disgusting that I literally had to throw it all out. But what I found delicious was the german fried sausages with mashed potatoes along with many drinks.

All in all, a fun night that I'll never forget. I mean, come on. I danced with Kelly!! Who can say that?!

EVENT: SLENDERTONE WORKOUT

How you doin' guys? Happy new week & month!

About two weeks ago I was invited for a workout to try the new Slendertone ab belt.

Slendertone is a world leader in providing products that improve muscle tone and body shape. 

I'm usually not the kind of person who loves working out or in other words, I'm too lazy for it. Me and the gym are not quite the good friends. I used to do a lot of sports back in the day like, handball, athletics, volleyball even football. But things have changed ..

But when I heard of this particular product I needed to try it first then decide if I should continously use it or in the first place if it even works.

And let me tell you something, that workout was so hard and effective that even after 3 days I still had aching muscles, which probably means that I did everything right but I haven't felt so much pain in a while. But now that I own the ab belt myself I'll probably use it more often. In times like when I'm sitting on the couch minding my own business ..lol!

After working out we spent some time at the Vabali Spa where the workout also took place.

EVENT: PRESS DAYS AW 15

Major photoblast, I know but this is what press days is all about. 

Press days are twice a year for 2 days over here in Berlin and esp. journalists, bloggers, people from magazines and fashion interested people can visit all the german pr agencies for small talks, inside scoop on new collections, new brands and delicious finger food.

To be honest this was my first time attending the press days since I missed the last ones last year so I made sure that I'll be attending this year and won't pass the date. Due to my vacation I was only able to attend the second day of press days. So, my girl Samah and I made a list of which agencies to visit and so on. There are like 30 or even more agencies who are open for this occassion. Which means we needed to make up our mind and pick out just a few agencies to visit and which to skip. But never mind those that we couldn't visit we'll surely visit later on this year.

Our first stop was at K-MB agency who have lot of brands to offer like: Bershka, American Apparel, Sleek, Vans and so on.

Second stop: absolution Pr with brands like Valmano, Marc Stone, Reno and so on.

Next stop: BOLD agency which somehow was my favourite because they had those great tacos that are literally to die for. I even ordered twice and almost went for a third time but blame it on our short schedule. The presented brands and labels that were at this agency were: BLK DNM, Casio, Forever 21, Mavi and many more. Besides a photobooth they also had a fortune teller. What a great idea right?

Our last stop was at Styleheads agency with brands like: Slendertone, beats by dr. dre., JD sports, Smiley and many more. The girls over there were just so cute and lovely. Can't wait to visit again!

Well, this was pretty much all that we came up doing that day and I hope that next time we'll get to visit even more.
