Gokaraju Lailavathi Engineering College (GLEC) places a strong emphasis on experiential learning within its training process. The Training & Placement Cell at GLEC provides comprehensive personal and career-oriented support to students. The primary aim is to help students excel academically during their time at the college and to prepare them for successful careers post-graduation. Beyond the training offered during the regular course curriculum, GLEC provides an extensive training program hours during the vacation period following the pre-final year exams. This program is designed to prepare students for the recruitment process in their final year and is conducted by specialized trainers. The effectiveness of this training is reflected in the college's consistent and remarkable placement record.

In GLWC the placements training will start from first year onwards

Students are trained to accomplish Python NPTEL Certification in the First year.
