Who we are

This website is published by Celmedia L.L.C-FZ, Business Center 1, M Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (“Celmedia”, “we”, “us”). Golden Thumbs is a program from CEL Media, operated by Celmedia L.L.C-FZ. You can reach us at support@marcelfernandes.net.

By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is an information page describing the Golden Thumbs program. That is the whole of it. There is no member area, no sign-in, no checkout, no contact form and no newsletter on this site.

Enrollment is not open at the time of writing, and the page says so. When it opens, the price, the terms and the intake process will be published here, and any purchase will be governed by its own separate agreement — not by these Terms.

This page is not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a solicitation to buy. Descriptions of the program — what it teaches, the desk, the agency network, the support — describe what we intend to provide.

They are not a warranty that the program will operate in a particular way, that it will remain available, or that it is suitable for you.

No earnings promise

Nothing on this site promises, projects or guarantees income of any kind.

The testimonials

The people in the video testimonials are real, named individuals, and the clips are published on our own YouTube channel with their participation.

They are students of CEL Media's existing education programs, not of Golden Thumbs, which is a new program and has no graduates yet. The figures they give are their own words: self-reported, not independently verified, and exceptional rather than typical.

The product demonstration

The animated desk on the homepage illustrates a workflow. The company names, the message, the deal and the figure inside it are invented examples chosen to show how the loop works.

They are not customer records, not results, not an average and not an expectation. The page states this directly underneath the frame.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, the Golden Thumbs mark, the illustrations and the video testimonials on this site are owned by us or used with permission.

You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not republish, reproduce, sell, scrape at scale, or use the content to train a model or to build a competing program or offer, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. In particular:

• do not probe, scan, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the infrastructure behind it;
• do not misrepresent your relationship to Golden Thumbs, CEL Media or Celmedia; and
• do not use anything on this site to make earnings claims of your own to other people.

Links and embedded video

This site links to marcelfernandesreviews.com, which is also ours, and it embeds video testimonials from YouTube.

Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's terms and Google's privacy policy govern that playback. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from someone qualified to give it to you about your situation.

Availability, and “as is”

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here.

Because nothing is sold on this site, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the program develops. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to this site belongs to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
