April 2014...Daddy's birthday, sick baby and decore!!

This month has been filled with mainly RSV, wew it's been a rough go-around. But we've all survived, just on very little sleep. Daddy's birthday was awesome. We just did a family party. He got lots of silky clothes and a few "toys" haha, for his collections. Dax is getting bigger and we love making him smile and laugh. Everyone has their own nickname for him. Taelin calls him Daxie, Evan calls him Daxie-poo, the boys call him Daxer or Baby Dax and I call him Punky. I think daddy is the only one that calls him Dax. :)

We moved all the kids into different rooms and I finally got around to decorating Taelin's Rainbow Room. She helped entertain Dax and we got the job done (some decore was from her birthday party last year) and then she helped paint the canvas' for the light gray wall. She did a great job.  She also got a new mini me type doll from Oma. They do clothes, hair, and now (june) they've done purses, shoes and accessories. Taelin now enjoys going to Oma's house a few times a week for a few hours. Its so nice for mommy to get a quick break!

Chase and Taelin helped me finish off the decore in the kids bathroom that I have been meaning to get to for YEARS! Finally got 'er done.

Taelin is always so paper minded. She loves papers, and important papers even more. She printed off some 40 pages of full color at Oma's house and presented us with a family home evening. She has been planning her next one ever since. Kelton did the next lesson and Chase is planning this weeks. I don't know when my kids got old enough to do their own lessons..but somewhere in the mix I totally forgot that this is how its supposed to be. They're all racing to be too big. I can't believe Kelton is 10!!!!

Dax in his cute bow tie!!!                                                                                                                                                           This is how Daddy works his                                                                                                                     "magic". Dax and him sleep like                                                                                                                       this quite often. Its awesome!

March Madness (not the basketball kind)

And...we started off the month rollin'! Kelton and his friend Emery at their first mini-concert! His first words to me after the concert was, "I squeaked once and no one looked at me weird!" He was so nervous and did great!

Let's head out to the Doctors office, all ready and squished up to go. Having Idaho winter babies, the fun.

Middle of the night..."well...hello there! I have nothing going on, and you?!"

While Daddy and Kyle went snowboarding, Mommy and Aunt Courtney headed to Leo's Place (food, arcade and play place) for some wiggle time. The boys scored HUGE and Chase got 500 tickets one time and then a 100, and then Taelin got 100 too! Score! We all shared and got swords to play with, even got uncle Kyle one too!

 Love the wubbanub!

Uncle Corey took Kelton out to Kiwi Loco and quote, "I got as much as I wanted!"

Namesake: Kyle Choffin with Dax Kyler Jansen

For mom's birthday, all of us girls met in SLC, UT for a temple trip, lunch, shopping, and more food. :) We walked around Temple Square. Don't mind the horible picture- we're just pro's at taking bad photos. haha!

The many faces of Dax. All within 30 seconds. This kid cracks us up!

Evan loves the bunny. And she loves him. When we let her out, he'll just sit on the floor and within minutes she's sniffing around him and letting him lay or semi-squish her.

I feel so blessed to have these wonderful boys! I love that they love each other. Makes a mama's heart go 'round.

This is one of my favorite pictures. Its when Kelton feels so comfortable holding a new baby. I love it.
