The cellar

Here we are in the store cellar which sits next to the hot kitchen ....the doll was made as a Christmas present by my pal Suzi she got sick of seeing my house with no dolls in it bless her and as you can see she is busy sweeping up some broken plates before any one can see what she has done ...the game keeper who is in the making all painted ready to dress has brought in a rabbit for the stock pot cook will be pleased ....

My Dollwood Manor

I have decided to start a blog so that I can share my own dolls house,Dollwood Manor is some 60inches tall by 58inches wide and has 15 rooms so is a fair size ,it is set to the Regency Era   [ well loosely as my pals have given me stuff for it that really should not be there but they will stay for that reason ] . At long last I have started to make dolls for the house ,its funny for years I have been making dolls and they live all over the world one even lives in the Kentucky  Gateway Museum in the  USA, And now at long last I am starting to make my own since My house is almost finished .

I will start in the basement in the hot kitchen with  with cook cooking for the family ,as I upload more pictures of the house you will see that in most rooms there is some one eating or drinking I have a real thing about food in my dolls house settings .any way I hope you will have fun looking and will follow my progress of at long last making dolls for my own dolls house after so many years of making the wishes of others come true .
