Genoace Gundam Tron Grid Runner Version

Here is the final update for this project, after some photographic trial and error I'm finally happy with the shots of this.

It was a fun project that I really enjoyed doing for a change..lol, it did have a few frustrations but all in all I'm very happy with the outcome. (especially amused with the little GIF I made for the blog)

My one and ONLY TRUE HOPE, is that this will inspire anyone in a slump AND demonstrate that you can take a crappy model kit ...coupled with a little imagination......and turn it into something interesting.

Stay well my friends.
Sincerely,
 Kriz. :)

1/144 Enact "Tigrissa" Custom, A Dedication To ALL My Hobby Friends In Internet Land.

Life has been throwing curve balls my way for the last few years, and I just keep moving through it as a man should.
As most who know me...may not be able to recall when I have had the luxury of finishing a build, well after suffering some minor nerve damage in my 5th digit ( me throttling someone lol) a few months ago (among other things).....I have finally finished something.

A very flimsy and small (1/144 scale) Gundam Kit, done up with airbrushed tiger stripes using individually cut pieces of masking tape.

I 'd like to dedicate this to all that I call friend within the Hobby Community, as well as Blogger and the Forums that I have frequented.

It has and remains my pleasure to be a part of the party..lol.

The Enact Custom "Tigrissa"........ Cheers, Salute, Kassai.

Zedas: Ver Carnage Web Effexx

Ok ..Here it is.

I'm quite sure someone out there was thinking "what ta hell is this guy talking about"...LOL

After modifying a technique to make spider webs for Mini's, I was able to achive a Venom/Carnage marble web effect on my 1/144 Zedas kit. (Birthday Gift from my Brother)

MAN DID THE AIR BRUSH CLOG THE EFF UP CONTINUOUSLY, But after amping the gauge up to full pressure it was a cake walk. I will be posting photo's against a black backing for my blog and posting again at forums with a white backing later (hopefully), this build took hella long for many reasons.
1) Life
2) CRAPPY FREAKING KIT: Seem line HELL!
3) playing mad scientist for the proper paint formula

TONZ OF PHOTO'S AND YOUTUBE VIDEO.

                                                                  SPIDERMANS CARNAGE

Dam it feels good to finish a kit....JEEZ!

CARNAGE BLING WEB EFFECTS!??...sneek peek

I have been waiting since last year to try this technique which is originally derived from a mini waramming trick, I will go into more details upon the full post.

HERE ARE SOME MARVEL COMICS CARNAGE SHOTS TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHATS COMING.

Completed Project of 2011 "Slacking" a Humorous take on Mecha Modeling.

Mostly due to some boredom today , I decided to post my attempt on a  humorous mecha subject in comparison to real life scenario's.

This was a culmination of incomplete builds which fizzled out for some reason or another in 2011, and in the end I asked myself.....WHY SO SERIOUS?...hell its only a hobby, and I should not stress to complete any one project ..not like I'm getting paid for it....LOL
So after some alterations to the plan I put together a scene which pokes a bit of fun, and  anyone who operates heavy machinery or works in a venue that requires safety rule's might find this a bit entertaining to say the least.

Overview of materials:

MG Nemo...with battle damage and option parts, Prieser 1/87 figure's, Rocco Brand Armor and Maintenance shed, the rest is scratch built or salvaged form scraps.

I present: "Slacking" a Hazardous Repair Station Diorama....2011 year completion.
