Sparklie Snowgirl Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

Here is a simple but sparklie card I made for the Cricut Cardz challenge. The challenge was make a Christmas card with any Cricut cuts but using the colors pink, green and white. I had fun "designing" her little outfit. You can't really see it in the pic, but I used lots of Stickles to make her sparkle! And the snowflakes are dipped in Martha Stewart glitter, I just love me some sparkle =) The snowgirl is cut from the Snow Friends cartridge and the bigger snowflakes are a Martha Stewart punch. The pink background is a Cuttlebug embossing folder. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day.

Sweet Treats Friendship card

Hi Paper Lovers,

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a really nice day with family at our house this year...and my hubby cooked the most amazing turkey dinner ever!!!

I got Sweet Treats at Michael's Black Friday sale and couldnt wait to try it. After looking through the book like 10 times...I decided to try a FLOWER for my first cut...a flower??? LOL...like I dont already have a million other flowers on other carts...oh well! I usually start easy with something new =)

So, here is a 5x5 card I came up with...I love the colors, of course, my favorite color is pink! I love this stamp I picked up at Michaels a while back. It says "Of all possesions, a FRIEND is the most precious" I used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder. The border punch is Martha Stewart, some flowers and a little bling. I dont know if you can see it, but the stamp is GLITTER!!! Its from the Martha Stewart variety pack that I also picked up during Michales sale. The Sweet Treats cart is really yummy...I gotta try something other then a flower!!!

I didnt do a really good job "cleaning up" the glitter on the sentiment....oops! Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!

Snowgirl Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

I finally got Stickles and I LOVE THEM!!! I dont know how I ever "lived" without them =) The PP is from the DCWV Holiday Collection stack. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!

Thanksgiving/Grateful Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

I made this card for the Cricut Cardz challenge http://cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/

I again used my Gypsy to design it. This card was hard to photograph because of the way the front opens. The shape on the front is from Accent Essentials. I welded two together at the top so they would open. That is the front of the card. The sentiment, tree and leaves are from Gypsy Wanderings. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!

SnowMan Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

Okay, so I broke down and got one of the "Limited Edition" Cricut carts!!! I just fell in love with these adorable snowmen on the Snow Friends cart!!! I picked the "easiest" one to try first. There is ALOT of paper piecing envolved with these little guys, but they are oh so worth it!!! The PP, cardstock and sentiment is from the DCWV Holiday Collection. The pearls and ribbon are from Michaels. With the ribbon, I tried that bunching technique that I am seeing EVERYWHERE....yeah, it was difficult and sticky, and as you can see, I ended up covering up most of it anyways...oh well =) Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!!!

Layered Snow Flake Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

I got this beautiful brown and cream colored snow flake ribbon today at Michaels and had to use it right away...Michaels has ALL their Christmas ribbon 50% off right now...so this ribbon was $.99 WOW!!! The scallop and snowflake were cut from the Winter Woodland Cricut cartridge. I cut the snow flake 6 times and glued them all together so it was thick like chipboard...a trick I learned from Mary at Cardz TV....I learn LOTS of tricks from her!!! I really liked how simple and elegant this card turned out. Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!

House Warming Card

Hi Paper Lovers,

This is a card I made for a friend who just bought a new house! I used my Gypsy to design it...love that I can do that!!! This way I know exactly what size to cut everything cause I can see the design before I cut it. For the house I used the Don Juan Cricut cartridge. The tree, grass and fence are Mickey & Friends, and the tiny tulips are Walk in my Garden...my friend's favorite flowers are tulips! I used my Devine Swirls Cuttlebug embossing folder and popped up the fence and tree.

Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!

Thank you card for CraftJunkieToo

Hi Papers lovers,

I won a blog give-a-way on Halloween. Tracy over at CraftJunkieToo.blogspot.com sent me some cute Fall stickers. I made her this thank you card...thank you so much Tracy, it was alot of fun!!!

The PP is DCWV Sweet Stack. The adorable ribbon is from Michaels. I cut the cupcakes from the Doodlecharms cartridge. The tiny scallop is from Winter Woodland. You cant really see it but I used Glossy Accents on the sentiment circle so it looks like an epoxy sticker. I used the Devine Swirls and Swiss Dots Cuttlebug embossing folders on the cakes.

Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!!!

Disney Word Book

Hi Paper Lovers,

Here is a quick video of my first Disney Word Book made with my Gypsy! Now that I have the hang of making word books with the G, it is soooo easy and soooo fun!!! I used the Mickey & Friends Cricut cartridge and ALOT of cardstock. I still need to get a Cropadile and punch holes and bind it with binder rings. I also want to go back and add some Glossy Accents. I had planned on doing that today and hopefully make a video for Mary at CardzTV to show her how I use it, but my 2 year old snuck into my scrap room and did some "accenting" of his own =)
Thanks for looking!!!
