I've been MIA for a bit now, and with reason. But for the moment, our good news is that we are expecting! Finally, just before she was converted to hamburger, Lucy our Jersey cow, is with calf...and not a month too soon. I was starting to plan my meals...
On gardening, we've finally begun to cheer things up around here with flowers! Last week's blessing was finding cutting geraniums for $1 each...a significant savings :) So, on a beautiful day, out we went to create some lovely areas, which were much needed. Isn't it encouraging and fun to see the little ones so excited about work?

Okay - after I got over my shock at having to read about a pregnancy on your blog (because I thought it was yours), I have now recovered since I know it's the jersey cow and not you. THAT I don't mind finding out via cyberspace. *GRIN*
I love the picture of Anna and Natalie pulling the wheelbarrow together! It's so cute to see them working together!

Hello Kathy,
thank you for your comment - it's the first comment on my blog.. i must say, that i don't have any experiences with blogs, but, since i was discovering some blogs on the net, i was thinking, ok, maybe i can try this, too, to show some photos, i've made from all the plants here at home and the beautiful landscape etc.. so, there's not much to read on my blog until now, hope, this might change in the future - and the same for the design..
i'm glad, you've visited it, since i stopped at some blogs i was afraid, no one would view my blog and maybe leave somes comments, when they read, that i'm a catholic.. too much negative things are to read about the catholic church, but like i said, we're all christians and do believe in jesus christ, so i'm open to read, whats going on on the internet about other christian denominations and the living in the country - like i do..and like to have contacts to other believing christians in other countries..
so, how does it comes, that your brother and sister are speaking german? do you have german ancestors? i'm living here in northern germany near the city called hannover, but in a small village, i'm not a person who would like to live in a big city, needs the nature by my side.
for the geraniums, they can be on a half-shaded place, but it would be better for them, to have some sunlight at the day, so they would be grow better :-) i've got my geraniums on the balcony here, and they've got a sunny place at the afternoon until evening, since some days most of them have flowers, the scented leaved geraniums, too - the first time overall since i've got them two years ago. but my old digital camera was gone away, so i'm not able to take some new shots at the moment, i have to wait until the beginning of august this year, then i will have a new camera (canon ixus) so i will take some new impressions here - i hope so..
i have over 35 different geraniums here, some with rosebud flowers in pink, dark winered and in red, and some geraniums with star-shaped flowers, they're called the stellars.
so, i hope there're not so many spelling errors in my written english *haha* and wish you a blessed weekend, hope, the weather would be fine there you and your family lives.. god bless *waves*
