A Few recent finds and a Mystery item

Despite being in "Lock Down" because of Covid 19, I have been able to find a few things lately,

You'll love this vibrant Spring 2013 issue of Flea Market Style. The  cover photo features a colorful home on Long Island that unfortunately fell victim to the "perfect storm" of Hurricane Sandy.  But before that, FMS Cameras got a great look  at the home, and last I heard the homeowners were rebuilding. It's a perfect beachy backdrop for their many found treasures.

Recent Fun Finds

 The people of East Texas are opening up their garages and homes and the finds are abundant these days.  I mostly post my recent finds on my facebook page and instagram but I thought I'd give my blog readers some eye candy with my recent finds. 

 

 Above you see 3 vintage Television Antennas and a fun pair of bouncy spring shoes.  I also found that orange thermos that goes great with my accidental thermos collection seen below.

 I love good retro stuff and that snack set is the bees knees.

 Some kitchen kitsch

 Old sign letters are always a fun find

You know I love Vintage office goodies

 And some architectural table legs, and that red thing is an old pogo stick.

Can't wait for next weekend to find more goodies.

A peek at my shelves and treasures in my newly organized creative space

Here is a peek at the treasures I keep in my creative space.

 

Once again, inspired by blogger Shabby Vintage Junk, All my goodies are gathered and sorted in clear jars, and various other containers that I had handy.

Instead of labels, if it wasn't abundantly clear what is inside the jars, I hung one object on the jar to represent what it holds.

Some of my favorite little trinkets and goodies live on this shelf too.

I also thinned out my collection of tidbits and you can find these treasures in my Etsy shop.

And a prized rotating bin is put to use, with more treasures, and supplies.
