I convinced Ashley to head down to the beach early in the morning for  a walk.

There was a lot of very interesting people on the beach walking their dogs. ha!  Oh well, I got a few photos and we had a nice walk.

So many Tulips!

I thought the sky was kind of cool in this photo

We enjoyed a visit to the market the other day. The tulips are unbelievable right now. Our house is full of them. I think we'll have to go again this week. They remind me of my dad and all the tulips he had in his yard. I wish I was better at getting them planted in the fall so I could enjoy them in spring. Thank goodness for the market.

weekend with the kids

We had a great time together this weekend! Ashley home and
the boys too!! yeah.. But it would have been just perfect if Amy had
come too! We missed her but I'm sure she had a fun time taking photos
of her new little nephew. She is an amazing photographer!!

A hunting they will go

My boys came home this weekend for a hunting trip with their Dad! (Amy used the time to spend with her sister and her new baby boy!) Cal has been planning this trip for weeks, in fact

it's all he's talked about. They had a great time! They're crazy! ha! Cal told me that it was one of the funnest things he's ever done with his sons. Okay I don't even understand the hunting thing. But Cal has promised me that they will stick with just hunting birds. I mean I love fishing and I even like going to the shooting range but thats where it ends for me! I'm glad they had so much fun though!

Now Cal wants to take Ashley hunting, funny she's great at the shooting range but live birds? no, I don't think so.
