Democrat Media Launches Final Assault; Disseminating Bogus Bimbo Tales of Trump

Although it is very dirty pool, the Democrat major media always uses the same rotten trick to disparage Republican candidates.  They come up with various women who state that they were groped by the Republican candidate.  They did it to Arnold Schwarzenegger, when he ran for governor of California; they did it to Herman Cain when he was a candidate for president.  Today it is Donald Trump's turn.  Today the New York Times has revealed the claims of at least two women that Trump either came on to them, or groped them -- one of the claims is from 30 years ago.

Trump is denying the claims of these Democrat women and threatening to sue them and the New York Times for slander.

I am neither shocked nor outraged by the NY Slimes bimbo tales, because the tactic is so overused and predictable.  Don't buy it.

Rush today is claiming that a lot of the polls are false and designed to discourage and depress the Republican vote.  Don't let those polls discourage you either.  Rasmussen today shows Trump up over Hillary by 43% to 41%.  Trump has a good chance for winning this, and that is why the NY Slimes has now resorted to desperation moves.

Hillary's Hypocrisy: How the Left Brutalizes Republican Women

Hillary has been trying very hard to deflect public attention way from her many scandals and screw-ups, with the horrid and shocking tale of Donald Trump's misogyny.   He once called a woman Miss Piggy!  Horrors!  What a bully!

Don't be fooled.  Trump was trying to motivate fatso Alicia Machado, Miss Universe, into losing some weight.  After she won the crown of Miss Universe, she was awarded various promotional and advertising deals, and the chance to make some money.  However, she then went on an eating binge and quickly gained 50 pounds.  Not a great image for Miss Universe..

Hillary's hypocrisy knows no bounds.  Democrats, especially those associated with the Clintons, have brutally bullied Republican women for political purposes, especially with regard to their personal appearance.  In 2009 I wrote:
During the Clinton era certain Republican women, like Kathleen Harris and Linda Tripp, were given a large dose of grief by the Left. Harris was described by a liberal columnist as looking like she "applied her makeup with a trowel." Tripp was treated even worse, insulted almost beyond imagination as to her personal appearance. Tripp later underwent plastic surgery and apologized for her prior appearance, saying she didn't realize how awful it was. She had been thoroughly punished for breaking the Monica Lewinsky scandal. The Left had gotten into her head and messed with it effectively.
Another example is Paula Jones, an Arkansas employee whom Bill Clinton propositioned for sex.  James Carville, a Democrat operative, described Paula Jones this way:  "Drag a hundred-dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you'll find."

Innuendo: The Democrat Campaign of Soft Slander

When the Democrats are out of power, they resort to a pervasive campaign of soft slander of Republicans.  This effort generally doesn't accuse any Republican of specific dishonorable acts, it merely implies unsavory connections.  This is soft slander, or innuendo.  Innuendo is defined as an indirect intimation about a person or thing, especially of a disparaging or a derogatory nature.

The idea is for the public to hear the innuendo, and put two and two together to get five.  Let's consider some recent examples.

1.  Lena Dunham, a leftist feminist, actress, screenwriter and producer wrote her autobiography, Not That Kind of Girl.  In her book, she claims she was raped while an undergraduate at Oberlin College.  Her alleged assailant was the lone campus Republican.

What is the connection between rape and Republicans?  There is none, but the implication is that Republicans are scumbags, prone to rape and abuse of women...as in the Democrat propaganda meme, the Republican War on Women.  Republicans have researched Dunham's claim, and have concluded that she had consensual sex with a Democrat.  Dunham merely lied about the encounter being non-consensual, and lied about her partner's political affiliation -- all to portray herself as a victim and add spice and marketability to her book.

2.  Steve Scalise, the House Republican Majority Whip, has been "exposed" as a speaker at a white supremacist conference held in 2002.  The conference was organized by a David Duke ally, one Kenneth Knight.  Therefore, the Democrat media wants you to believe that Scalise is a white supremacist (whatever that is) and a Neo-Nazi.  Newsbusters summarizes the implications of these charges:
Scalise is facing calls for his resignation of his GOP leadership position from the editorial boards of USA Today and the Chicago Tribune, and the scandal about his longtime ties to Duke and Duke’s circles has rocked Scalise, putting his entire political career in jeopardy.
However, Steve Scalise is neither a David Duke supporter, nor a white supremacist, nor a Neo-Nazi.  It has not been demonstrated that Scalise has any "longtime ties to Duke and Duke's circles." The Democrat attempt to paint him as such is another incident of "the politics of personal destruction," a nefarious political program that Democrat strategists have turned into a fine art.

A writer at the liberal website Salon, however, sheds important light on this manufactured controversy.  The hotel conference room where Scalise spoke was not the room reserved for the "white supremacist" group (known as EURO), and the speakers therein spoke on common areas of civic interest.  Scalise spoke on political issues (taxes, not related to race), a Red Cross spokesman spoke on CPR techniques, and a Sheriff's representative spoke on the Neighborhood Watch program.

However, since these talks were given before the EURO conference began, some members of the EURO conference came into the room to listen to the speeches, all of which were unrelated to their conference or political beliefs.  Read more about it here.

Scalise is guilty of nothing.  However, the negative impression has now entered the mainstream media and the public consciousness, where it will germinate negative inferences in the minds of voters.

The Democrat Slander Machine is in full operation, and will poison the well of public opinion with one drop of arsenic at a time.  They are despicable.

How Will the Democrats Slander New VP Pick, Paul Ryan?

Paul Ryan, Next Target
of the Democrat Smear Machine
Mitt Romney has chosen Congressman Paul Davis Ryan of Wisconsin to be his Vice Presidential running mate.  Ryan, who is 42, is married with three children.  He is a Roman Catholic by faith, is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio, and has a BA degree in both economics and political science.

Ryan has been a member of the U.S. House of Representatives since 1999 and currently chairs the House Budget Committee.  I wrote about Ryan in November of last year and was quite impressed with his ideas and his understanding of economic issues.  Follow the link to learn some great things about Paul Ryan.

The only question now is:  how can he be properly slandered and slimed by the Party of the Poison Pen, the Democrats?  Believe me, they already have the slander well researched and written.  The only question for them now is, when is the best time to disseminate the political poison, which Democrat house organ or talking head will start it off, and what should the first barb be about?

The Poison Propaganda has already started to fly.  You can see it in the first headlines of leftist columnists:
    • "The Most Daring Decision of Mitt's Career," the New Yorker
    • "VP Pick an Admission of Fear from Mitt," Ezra Klein, Washington Post
Just from reading the above titles, one might get the impression that there is something terribly wrong or radical about the Catholic economist and father of three.

Stay tuned.  They're just getting started.

Harry Reid: Slimy, Unethical, Pathetic Little Man

I have often noted Harry Reid's utter sliminess as a human being.  He's a ruthless liar, a bitter little man.  He told lies about Rush Limbaugh some time back.  Rush had denounced "phony soldiers," referring to the several leftists who never served in the armed forces, but pretended they did for political reasons.  In other words, they lied -- must be a thing with Democrats.  Reid tried to create a false public impression that Rush had denounced real soldiers, and disingenuously wrote a letter to Rush's employer demanding that Rush be forced to issue a public apology for demeaning the armed services!

It was typical Democrat demagoguery, a dishonest and ruthless misrepresentation of the facts.  Reid hoped to create another Democrat fake scandal, knowing full well the true facts all the time.  The little man's scheme blew up on him and he fooled no one.

Now Harry Reid's telling lies about Mitt Romney.  "Someone" told him that Romney "hasn't paid taxes for ten years."  The only person who could know Romney's tax situation would be his accountant, and an accountant is sworn to secrecy about such matters.

Harry Reid is a senator from Nevada because of the powerful unions there who support such trash.

I don't have to create any new Photoshops of this small-minded creep.  Here are some I have created in the past . Use them if you like.

Sorry for the crude lingo in the second image, but it so perfectly sums up Harry Reid's worth to humanity.

BACKLASH: Attack on Rush Limbaugh Fails Miserably; Sleep Train Begs to Be Reinstated

Last week we witnessed the latest staged leftwing attack on Rush Limbaugh.  After Rush lost his temper for five minutes and referred to a leftist activist in derogatory terms, he was noisily denounced by the usual leftist transmission belts as a hater, a misogynist, the radio incarnation of Godzilla breathing fire on the fleeing hordes in Tokyo.

The activist was Sandra Fluke, who has made it her cause celebre to force Catholic institutions into adding birth control to their health coverage of employees and, in Georgetown University's case, to students as well.  After Rush referred to Fluke as a "slut," the mainstream media, a longtime house organ for the Democratic Party, saw an opportunity to finally take Rush down.  Now was the time to marginalize or even destroy the greatest mouthpiece for conservatism since Ronald Reagan or William F Buckley.  The usual Democrat smear campaign thus ensued, causing several of Rush's advertisers to flee his program lest their products be associated with the controversy.

Yes, these advertisers severed their relationship with Rush, but in so doing, severed their relationships with his millions of loyal listeners.  I won't be using Carbonite or Pro Flowers in the future, but thanks to Rush, I already own a Sleep Number bed.  I heard about it on his program and bought one a few years back.  Without Rush, it is doubtful that I would have ever known about the bed.  This was not an inexpensive purchase.  The bed cost us $2,000.

Now Sleep Train mattress company has realized their mistake and have begged Rush to take them back.  Sorry, kids, no can do.  It's one thing to momentarily panic at the latest Democrat smear campaign, but Sleep Train denounced Rush when they pulled their advertising.  Maybe Rush wants to make an example of them.  In any case, I approve.

Read more about the backlash here.

Ethics Charges Against Gingrich Were a Democrat Sham

Back in 1994, the Democrats were very angry at Newt Gingrich for engineering the Republican take-down that year, resulting in large Republican majorities for the first time in many years.  The Dems do what Dems do best, namely, dirty politics.  A phone ethics charge was lodged against Gingrich, for which Gingrich was ultimately exonerated...but not before the Democrat media machine has broadcast the phony charges far and wide.   The facts of Newt's exoneration were not so enthusiastically reported, often buried in the back pages of major newspapers.

Verum Serum has the story in detail here.

Herman Cain Seen As Serious Threat to Bolshevik Democrats

Herman Cain is being seen as a serious candidate for the Republican nomination.  For that reason, he has become a target of the Democrat smear merchants.  The idea behind these "politics of personal destruction" is to plant seeds of doubt in voters' minds, to tarnish a candidate's otherwise sterling reputation.  It is very dirty pool, but it's the way the Democrats roll.  They are completely ruthless in their quest for power.

I do not believe that Herman Cain "sexually harrassed" anyone, but what if he did?

I could care less if he played grab-ass with the whole steno pool.  I'm voting for the man anyway.

It appears the slander was started by Politico, a left wing website pretending to be an objective news source.  I had their number many months ago.  See here and here.

Another Slimy Slander of Sarah Palin: Joe McGinniss's Book Finally Released

Ugh, it must be tough to be Sarah Palin.  The left hates her with an intensity that is completely irrational.  She's not even running for president, but the left has chosen her as the chief target of their vitriol.  Like other conservative women before her, Palin must be personally destroyed, defamed, slandered and ruined.  She must pay for her opposition to the liberal religion, made an example of, as a warning to future conservative politicians of the feminine variety.

Now Joe McGinniss, the so-called journalist who moved in next door to the Palins in Wasilla, Alaska so he could "spy" on them (the stunt was probably more to irritate the Palins and stoke publicity for McGinniss's hit piece than anything else), has released his book.  It's called "The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin."  McGinniss, however, isn't searching for the "real" Sarah Palin, he's searching for rumors and gossip that he presents as fact.  This is "the politics of personal destruction," raised to a high art form by the Democratic Party and its Bolshevik base.

McGinniss claims (1) that Sarah Palin doesn't feel comfortable in the presence of dark-skinned people and (2) that she had a one-night stand with a black basketball player in the 1980's.  Well now, that seems rather contradictory, doesn't it?

Has-been cartoonist Garry Trudeau quotes the book in the latest installment of "Doonebury" for the dwindling audience who still reads his sophomoric twaddle, and Powerline takes him and McGinniss to task here.

Even more revealing is Rob Port's exposé of McGinniss as a slime ball. Port authors the "Say Anything" blog and McGinniss approached him for some dirt for the book.  Port describes an event that McGinniss sought to distort for his book, and how Port refused to assist him. It is revealing as to both McGinniss's bias and his goal of manufacturing scandal. Read it here.

Kenneth Roth of Washington Post Weeps for Waterboarded Terrorists, Seeks to Prosecute Bush for Same

Kenneth Roth is the embodiment of dishonest liberal journalism. In an opinion piece in the Washington Post yesterday, he argues that Bush should be prosecuted for "criminality" and "torture" in waterboarding terrorists.

Roth argues from false premises, that waterboarding terrorists was both torture and criminal. He then quotes the popular myth that Khalid Sheik Mohammed was waterboarded "183 times" in one month. Fox News investigated this claim some time ago and found that Mohammed was waterboarded only five times. Roth's repeat of this falsehood is irresponsible.  Further, he is nothing more than an Obama propagandist. He writes:
President Obama’s policy toward the Bush administration’s use of torture has been one of splitting the difference — Obama ordered an end to further torture but largely avoided investigating, let alone prosecuting, what Bush administration officials had done. For the Obama administration, the calculation was political: Stopping ongoing criminality by U.S. officials was non-negotiable, but delving into the criminality of his predecessor was deemed too costly. Obama had other priorities — fixing a devastated economy, enacting health-care reform — so dredging up the crimes of the previous administration was seen as too distracting and too antagonistic an enterprise when Republican votes were needed.
Notice Roth's dishonest argumentation: "Obama ordered an end to torture." But "torture" has not been proved, and Roth's statement sidesteps the need to substantiate this charge, hoping that the reader will simply take his word for it.

Roth then says "dredging up the crimes of the previous administration," but no crimes have been proved or established. Again, Roth hopes the reader will simply accept his unproven premises.

I rebutted Roth in the comments section of the article, but my comments were quickly removed. Read Roth's dishonest propaganda here.

Steve Benson of Arizona Republic: Leftist Hater and Propagandist

Steve Benson's Hate Cartoon
Steven Benson, cartoonist for the liberal Arizona Republic newspaper, libels conservatives with a pencil rather than with the written word.  Benson is one of the most odious propagandists of the far-left; make no mistake, he is a hater extraordinare.  Of course, leftists always believe that their brand of hatred is justified and enlightened.

Take the cartoon at left that Benson published right after the Arizona shootings.  It is slanderous in the extreme and expresses the left's unhinged hatred of Sarah Palin.

Now let's take a look at my depiction of this smarmy little leftist using Photoshop (feel free to use and spread far and wide):

Oh yes, Steve Benson is a Pulitizer Prize winning cartoonist.  The Pulitzer Prize is always given to the far left, never to conservatives.  Even the extremist Ted Rall was a Pulitzer Prize finalist in 1996, and that tells you all you need to know about the Pulitzer Prize.

Prior Democrat Slanders

Here are some of my previous posts on the Democrat smear machine:

1.  On Right-Wing "Hate":  Don't Take the Democrat Bait -- The leftist website Moveon.org held a rally to "condemn the hate."  Except that there was no "hate" to condemn.  I described why:
MoveOn.org's gambit is not to "condemn the hate," but to insinuate into the public mind that conservatives are dangerous crazies who are boiling with rage, ready to go postal at any minute. The falling popularity of Democrats and the success of the Tea Parties are not the result of widespread opposition to Obama's radical policies. No, they are the result of some baseless and inexplicable "hate."

When Democrat pundits and reporters ask GOP and Tea Party leaders to "condemn the hate," they are really asking for a tacit admission that the charge is true, that "hate" is a major problem on the Right. Conservatives cannot and should not give credence to the false charge. They must not become unwilling stooges in the Left's bogus drama.
2.  Rush Limbaugh slandered with false "racist" quotes -- This one is a good example of how reckless and ruthless the Democrats are with (1) the reputations of other people and (2) the truth.

3.  Democratic Underground Encourages Smear of Palin's Baby -- This one is particularly revealing of the Democrat mindset about using smear to win political fights.  A Democrat writer wrote:
NoodleyAppendage (1000+ posts) Sat Aug-30-08 10:26
122. What many here don't understand. It doesn't matter if it's true or not. RUMOR IS TRUTH.

The modern laws of media hype and political warfare have a useful tenet:
Repeat ANYTHING or raise false concern over ANYTHING and it is likely to be planted in the conscious/subconscious of many voters.

If people start to think that there might be something fishy with Palin's last kid (if hers), then that's FINE. One more doubt (whether tied to reality or not) is another hesitation at the ballot box.

GET WITH THE PROGRAM PEOPLE. The "rising above it" bullshit has served us so well in the past, hasn't it?

If you have problems with the story, then STFU and get out of the way of Dems who are engaged in MODERN POLITICAL WARFARE. Go tend your garden or some other pedestrian task, because the "concern trolls" are not helping shape the message.
4.  John Patrick Bedell: So Much in Common with Me! The Wing Nut Connection?  - A nut named John Patrick Bedell walked up to two police officers at an entrance to the Pentagon, drew a pistol and opened fire. He wounded the two police officers but they killed him with return fire. Then the mainstream media tried to connect Bedell with the Tea Party movement and/or "right wing extremists." Bedell, however, was a liberal.

5. Thoughts on the Great DC Tea Party of 9/11/2009 - This post is a good example of the various prior attempts by the Democrats to slander Republicans and conservatives.

6.  The Left's Tactics Against Sarah Palin Explained.  Why does the Left always attack Sarah Palin first?  The reason comes from Saul Alinksky's "Rules for Radicals" #13.

7. How the Left Punishes Conservatives -- A concerted program of hate and slander over a long period of time can wear down one's will to resist the forces of liberalism.  Some examples are given.  I like my conclusions:   Democrats believe that "politics is war by other means." And they are at war with America, with common sense and even common decency. Those who would mount an effective opposition had better have a high tolerance for slime, slander and abuse.

8.  Revolt and Reaction:  the Tax Day Tea Parties -- Janet Napolitano of Homeland Security released a politicized report disingenuously warning of "right wing extremism," i.e., anyone who opposed Obama's radical policies.

I notice a lot of site searching going on at Saber Point.  A lot of people are looking hard to find examples of "right wing hate" and vitriol.  They aren't finding much.
