I love tight, slim, muscular physiques as you can tell but regardless of what type of build you have, being fit and eating right make for a far better experience in life. Whether you walk, run, ride, skateboard, ski, surf or whatever, you'll get that much more out of the experience if you're trim and fit. And if you're less that fit when you start, doing those activities will certainly change the look of your physique and many other things!

So, let Nate Falco, another model, and one that has appeared in the Australian gay magazine, DNA, be yet another inspiration. Radoslav Vanko

Radoslav Vanko comes from Slovakia and has appeared in the Australian gay magazine called DNA. What I can say just by looking at the photos I've seen, Rado looks best shirtless! He's 26 years old from Zilina, Slovakia and has worked on campaigns for Valentino, Dolce and Gabbana (my favourite fragrance), Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Prada and others just to name some. And with a physique like his its no wonder. Rado is currently living in Taiwan. It should be interesting watching his model career unfold. More later!!! - V.

Jason Beam

I've featured some photos of Australian model and trainer, Jason Beam, a while back but here are some more for those interested, and I know I have viewers of this blog that love both muscle and tattoos, so enjoy! Jason has appeared in the Australian gay magazine called DNA with photos by photographer, Lewis Payton, and he was also involved in the Teamm 8 underwear campaign. As I've mentioned before, I'm not much of a tattoo fan but to love muscles. Tattoos have an obvious importance to those that wear them and that's whats important regardless of what I might think of them. So enjoy the pics, muscles, tattoos and all! - V.

Vincent

This model's name is Vincent who appeared in an issue of the Australian magazine DNA last year. I can't recall his last name for the moment but do remember the model very much. Since we are in the downward side of summer here in the norther hemisphere but with the warm weather with us still, I thought I would present a few Vincent pics that are perhaps my favourites, well those from DNA magazine anyway. There are many others to be found on the internet but these are the ones that excite and stimulate me the most. And since summer is not yet gone, grab your favourite swimsuit, a pair of sunglasses and sunscreen and head for the beach when the opportunity strikes. Enjoy the photos, and I hope they provide a catalyst for you to buff up your body if you haven't all ready! - Volker
