Just came back from across the border. Went with Andris, Grace, Keith and my dad.

We had a nice free and easy day. Basically relax time.

Had lunch at the Japanese restaurant. Bought some Japanese stuff from the Japanese provision shop. Got a Thai massage. Stocked up on some tidbits. Were stuck in a jam due to flooding and decided to get out of the cab and walk instead. Saw some of the flooded areas and tried to avoid getting our shoes wet. Ate at Seasons restaurant for dinner. And headed home.

A day well spent :)

Here're some pictures, mostly from lunch:

With my sermon done and over with, I'm now relaxing and enjoying life without much worries. Sleeping late. Waking up late. But it's kinda getting boring. So I think I'll start getting some work done.

Well, last Sunday I paired up with Keith to deliver a sermon on Matthew 6:24-34. The sermon was recorded since Joeru wanted to listen to it. Joeru is now in Japan for a conference. Can't wait for him to come back. Well, anyway, I listened to the recording and I realised how boring I sounded. I was trying to keep calm and it ended up sounding boring.

Oh well, I'm not going to worry too much about it. Will just work on it the next time I preach.

Now I'll just relax till I find the will to do something.

Here's a sketch that I did today:
