Rand Paul and Rick Santorum have quit their Presidential Campaigns

Both Rand Paul and Rick Santorum are out of the race.

Rand said:

It’s been an incredible honor to run a principled campaign for the White House. Today, I will end where I began, ready and willing fight for the cause of Liberty.
Across the country thousands upon thousands of young people flocked to our message of limited government, privacy, criminal justice reform and a reasonable foreign policy. Brushfires of Liberty were ignited, and those will carry on, as will I.
Although, today I will suspend my campaign for President, the fight is far from over. I will continue to carry the torch for Liberty in the United States Senate and I look forward to earning the privilege to represent the people of Kentucky for another term.

Desperate to be seen and heard, Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum will attend Donald Trump's pro-veterans tonight. Yes, more losers for your viewing eyes.

The Hill reports

Huckabee said that he didn't speak with Trump directly about the plans, but that his staff had expressed interest in conversation with the Trump campaign. He added that he doesn't believe the decision to join Trump at the event sends a negative message to those candidates taking part in the main-stage debate.

"It's to honor the troops, it's not an endorsement of Donald Trump's candidacy. I'm still running for president, we've got the caucuses Monday night, but I'm delighted to join with Donald Trump in an effort to salute the veterans," Huckabee said Thursday on CNN's "Wolf."

"I'm not invited to the main stage, I would have loved to have been on that stage ... if they aren't sitting out in the audience watching me, I don't feel any compulsion that I have to be there for that debate.

Rick Santorum was speaking at a GOP function in South Carolina. During the press Q & A, he was asked about Bruce Jenner and Rick said this...

“If he says he’s a woman, then he’s a woman. My responsibility as a human being is to love and accept everybody. Not to criticize people for who they are. I can criticize, and I do, for what people do, for their behavior. But as far as for who they are, you have to respect everybody, and these are obviously complex issues for businesses, for society, and I think we have to look at it in a way that is compassionate and respectful of everybody.”

Again, am I dreaming here? Rick is still anti-gay as all get-out, but I was a bit surprised with his response.

Lord, Rick is throwing all types of shade at Mittens. At a tea party event yesterday, Rick said this about Mitt's new charge to protect the poor:

“Do you think wealthy people care whether their president cares about them? No. Who cares? Lower or middle income folks who are struggling. And guess what, our candidate only got [about] 19 percent of that vote. We better have a party and a movement that addresses and cares about the people who are losing hope and feeling like America doesn’t work for them anymore.”

So this fool is running for president again, claiming he will retool his message.

Rick says that he knows the game now and in a better place than before. But seriously, this isn't about being president, this is about raising money.

Rick is unemployed, basically. Getting out there on the campaign trail is the best way to raise millions to live off of for several years. Rick has to know that he will never be president. This country may be full of fools, but I can't see this country making him president. So, go ahead, Rick make that money while you can.
