Sean Hannity Caves, Stop Pushing Seth Rich Conspiracy Theory

Sean is in deep shit.

For a while, he has been pushing this Seth Rich murder conspiracy theory. The story claims that Seth was DNC mole passing info to Wikileaks and later killed for it. The story had several holes in it, but that didn't stop Hannity. He kept the story going, until Fox News jumped in.

They released this statement
On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich. The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting. Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed.

We will continue to investigate this story and will provide updates as warranted.
Later, Seth Rich’s parents wrote an op-ed, begging Fox News to stop politicizing Rich’s murder. With more added pressure from fellow Fox News staffers and the public, Sean caved

Interesting Quote: Jeb Bush

“Two ways to look at Islamic terrorism: One is a threat that has to be taken out, as it relates to creating a strategy that calls it a war. Or we view it as a law enforcement operation, where people have rights. I think the Clinton administration made a mistake, of thinking bin Laden had to be viewed from a law enforcement perspective. Similarly, President Obama’s policies seem to be focused on that as well.”
So is he suggesting that Bill Clinton is the blame for bin Laden?

Sean Hannity "Being Gay Is Not Normal"

On his radio show, Sean Hannity whined about the NFL and gayness.

Here's a sample
"You guys want to tell parents what they can and cannot do. For example, is it gonna become illegal if a parent teaches kids the politically incorrect view that being gay is not normal? Or that the parent says — whatever the parent wants to teach the kid that you would disagree with? I think we’ve gotten to the point where, if we don’t politically correct our kids, we might as well hand our kids over to the government the day that they’re born and let them raise them."

Tea Party Favorite compares us to NAMBLA - WATCH

This fool right here is an outright mess

Watch him compare us to NAMBLA

He said:
Well, my thoughts are that marriage is between a man and a woman. It's a well-established, fundamental pillar of society and no group, be they gays, be they NAMBLA, be they people who believe in bestiality. It doesn't matter what they are. They don't get to change the definition. So he, it's not something that is against gays, it's against anybody who wants to come along and change the fundamental definitions of pillars of society. It has significant ramifications.
And yes, he's a Tea Bagger

Sean Hannity's Ratings Fall Big Time

After the election, I think most folks woke the frak up about Fox News, particularly on Sean Hannity's foolishness.

His viewers exited the stage.

The Daily News asked an important question:
So what happened to Hannity?

The going wisdom is that viewers who basked in his preelection anti-Obama rhetoric tuned him out when they were stunned to wake up on Nov. 7 and discover that the President had won a second term — a scenario that Hannity had all but promised could never happen.

Before the election, Hannity was riding high in the ratings and topped thought leaders on the right, like Dick Morris, Ann Coulter, Peggy Noonan and talk radio bulldog Mark Levin, who predicted Obama would lose in a landslide.
And since his Fantasy Presidential Pick was way wrong, folks were done. Sean lost half his viewers, including the “money demo”, the 25-54 viewers advertisers love.

I wonder how long he has until Fox benches him?

Rachel Maddow destroys the Fox News/Drudge/Daily Caller 2007 Obama Speech

Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson thought they were doing something when they used the Drudge Report's tired clip of Obama giving a shout out to Rev. Wright.

Hannity gets the first interview with George Zimmerman

Tonight, Sean Hannity's interview with George Zimmerman will air on Fox News at 9pm eastern time. I will be watching and I'm sure Sean did not ask the hard questions, but you never know.

I'm very curious to see how this turned out.

I will also be live tweeting this special as well.

Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin and Juan Williams go at it on Fox News

This was fun to watch. Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin and Juan Williams got into a heated debate over the White House Leaks. Sean and Michelle thinks AG Eric Holder's at fault, Juan thinks they're crazy.

Sean Hannity could be in some trouble over Zimmerman

Oh Snap, Hannity could be in some heat because of his convo with Zimmerman.

Think Progress has some info on this drama.
Under Florida Law, there is a “qualified privilege” for journalists that protects their conversations with sources. But this priviledge can be overcome, per Florida Evidence Code 90.5015:
A party seeking to overcome this privilege must make a clear and specific showing that:
(a) The information is relevant and material to unresolved issues that have been raised in the proceeding for which the information is sought;
(b) The information cannot be obtained from alternative sources; and
(c) A compelling interest exists for requiring disclosure of the information.
Here’s how Hannity described his conversation with George Zimmerman:
Now yesterday I was contacted by an individual that we in fact believe was George Zimmerman. He reached out to me, we spoke on the phone about his case, and I agreed not to report on the contents of that conversation.
Lave said that, in her opinion, the qualified privilege could “easily” be overcome under Florida law because Zimmerman’s statements about the incident are “relevant and material to unresolved issues.” Further, there are no “alternative sources” for his statements to Hannity and there is a compelling interest for disclosure in a potential manslaughter case.
So, Hannity may have testify. That would be fun to watch him squirm.

George Zimmerman will be charged in Trayvon Martin shooting

Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce that she is charging George Zimmerman for the murder of Trayvon Martin.

This decision comes after Zimmerman's weird behavior in the case. His lawyers quit, no one knows where he is and for some silly reason, he contacted Sean Hannity.

Watch

Corey will be addressing the media soon.
