i cannot wish harm on anyone. i can't. including those that gang raped OR stood around and watched the 2 1/2 hour gang rape of this 15 year old. i cannot wish they themselves get raped. i cannot wish that on anyone. i do wish for them to come to understand what they did (they won't, i'm just saying i would hope they could. a special kind of person rapes. someone who cannot be 'cured' or helped. it's NOT a sex crime i keep saying. it's a crime of power and insecurity. understand me. i know what i'm talking about).

The horror - a gang rape of a child, 15 people stand watching, do nothing

This is horrible, truly horrific (emphasis mine):

"A California high school student who police said was gang raped in a two-and-a-half-hour assault outside a homecoming dance remained hospitalized in stable condition Monday, two days after she was flown from the attack scene in critical condition.

"Based on witness statements and suspect statements, and also physical evidence, we know that she was raped by at least four suspects committing multiple sex acts," Gagan said.

Investigators said as many as 15 people, all males, stood around watching the assault, but did not call police or help the victim, a 15-year-old student at Richmond High School in suburban San Francisco."

Every single boy/thug who stood watching this and likely egging on the rapists should be expelled straight away as they are a danger to other female students. Two of the actual rapists are already in custody, one of whom appears to have landed himself there by bragging (yeah, something really to proud about, raping a 15 year old girl as part of a gang rape is a badge of a real man, right?)...............

Fox News altered 'Obama praise' story to exclude 'death threats'

In a story about a group of elementary school kids who sang the praises of President Barack Obama for a Black History Month event, Fox News appears to have removed key information regarding the fallout triggered by intense right-wing media coverage.

The story, titled "Elementary School Students Taught to Sing Praises of President Obama" (live link | screenshot), opens with these three paragraphs:

The superintendent of a New Jersey school where students were videotaped being taught to sing the praises of President Obama issued a statement Thursday saying the taping was unauthorized, but failed to address whether the the lesson -- taught durnig [sic] Black History Month -- was approved.

A YouTube video shows nearly 20 young children being led in a song overflowing with campaign slogans and praise for "Barack Hussein Obama," repeatedly chanting the president's name and celebrating his accomplishments, including his "great plans" to "make this country's economy No. 1 again."

The video has set off families in Burlington, N.J., who say that politics shouldn't be forced on young students..........

So I am sure that by now you have heard of the "praise Obama" video. The Malkinites are making wild use of this to get the psychotics all fired up and ready for an attack on... an elementary school:

Bernice Young Elementary School escalated to such a degree Thursday that the school was placed temporarily on lockdown after its principal received death threats over a YouTube video that showed nearly 20 children being taught songs lauding the president, though back-to-school night events continuing as planned Thursday night at the school."

Death threats over a YouTube video. And how did people find out which school to threaten? Well from stalker of small children Michelle "shiksa" Malkin of course. Now this idiot is a mother. I wonder how she might feel if the school that her child/children attended went into lockdown because of death threats? Might she be very upset and worried? I would wager yes.

That is what these people now do when they cannot find a doctor to murder or a hate-crime to commit. This is the story, not the stupid YouTube video which clearly had nothing to do with Obama or his administration or government or anything other than some stupid individual doing a very stupid thing. Moreover, Fox News removed the above death threats and school lockdown from their story. Why?

Well if you are trying to sell hate, you certainly don't want to include the consequences of your product in the brochure.

The police better arrest whomever it was that made these threats and put them away for a good long time. Remember, this is an elementary school, not a political carnival, complete with AK47s. ......

So here is the latest (emphasis mine): WASILLA -- A 42-year-old Wasilla woman was arrested Thursday at her home by Alaska State Troopers with a search warrant in an undercover drug investigation. Sherry L. Johnston was charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance. Johnston is the mother of Levi Johnston, the Wasilla 18-year-old who received international attention in September when Gov. Sarah Palin and her husband, Todd, announced their teenage daughter was pregnant and he was the father. Bristol Palin, 18, is due on Saturday, according to a recent interview with the governor's father, Chuck Heath. Troopers served the warrant at Johnston's home at the "conclusion of an undercover narcotics investigation," said a statement issued Thursday by the troopers as part of the normal daily summary of activity around the state. Troopers charged Johnston with second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance -- generally manufacturing or delivering drugs -- as well as fourth-degree misconduct involving controlled substances, or possession. I cannot imagine that Mrs. Johnston suddenly began to "manufacture or deliver" drugs only in the last two months. The investigators involved in the bust have even said their sting had been going on for "a while." This means that more than likely, Mrs. Johnston's alleged activities were going on during this election cycle. Think about this for a moment. Here you have Johnston, whose son has knocked up Palin's teenage daughter, allegedly manufacturing or delivering drugs (meth?) during a Presidential campaign in which Palin is running for Vice President of the United States. Palin is still at this point also governor of Alaska. Did no one think to do a background check on the family of a boy soon to marry the daughter of a governor/VP candidate?

Don Siegelman of Alabama that could buttress Democrats’ claims that the case against him was politically tainted, even as he prepares to argue against his conviction in a federal appeals court in Atlanta early next month. The accusations, from a Justice Department employee, suggest that the Republican United States attorney whose office prosecuted Mr. Siegelman remained substantially involved in the case, long after she insisted that she had removed herself from it because of her partisan connections.

And the formal complaints by the employee, a legal aide in the office of the United States attorney in Montgomery, Ala., have brought to light an episode in the 2006 bribery and corruption trial that Mr. Siegelman’s lawyers now say could have led to a key juror’s removal: flirtatious messages sent by jurors to the prosecution about the marital status of an F.B.I. agent who was working with prosecutors. Other jurors have said that they felt pressured by the judge to reach a decision in order to go home and that some jury members read about the case on the Internet during the trial......

Apparently, Eric Holder has been nominated as US AG in the Obama administration. This is a sad choice, when so many far more capable people, who don't represent corporate terrorism, should have been considered instead. Holder accepted Obama's offer today.

We all know that Holder helped pardon Marc Rich and after, feeling so badly about it, declared he was done with public service for good.

What bothers me more about Holder is his most recent client, Chiquita Brands, which paid right-wing terrorists and death-squads in Columbia off as part of a protection racket. Chiquita settled with the US government for this and other ongoing human rights violations. Apparently feeling so guilty after the Rich pardon - so much so, that Holder contemplated never going into public service again - he instead represented a corporation funding terrorists in order to turn a buck. Nice, eh?.......

Siegelman, whose conviction on corruption charges in 2006 became one of the most publicly debated cases to emerge from eight years of controversy at the Bush Justice Department. Now new documents highlight alleged misconduct by the Bush-appointed U.S. attorney and other prosecutors in the case, including what appears to be extensive and unusual contact between the prosecution and the jury.

Remember, we knew about this, but Time has gotten the documents. Remember too, that the Bush appointed-Karl Rove-friend-judge on the case, Mark Fuller, knew about the jury tampering and discounted it. Onwards:

The documents, obtained by TIME, include internal prosecution e-mails given to the Justice Department and Congress by a whistle-blower during the last 18 months. John Conyers, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, which investigated the Siegelman case as part of a broader inquiry into alleged political interference in the hiring and firing of U.S. attorneys by the Bush Justice Department, last week sent an eight-page letter to Attorney General Michael Mukasey citing the new material.

Conyers says the evidence raises "serious questions" about the U.S. Attorney in the Siegelman case, who, documents show, continued to involve herself in the politically charged prosecution long after she had publicly withdrawn to avoid an alleged conflict of interest relating to her husband, a top GOP operative and close associate of Bush adviser Karl Rove. Conyers' letter also cites evidence of numerous contacts between jurors and members of the Siegelman prosecution team that were never disclosed to the trial judge or defense counsel.

Remember too, that the DOJ lied to me when I demanded to know if Leura Canary had recused herself from the case. I was told that she had. When I demanded documentation, they told me that the documents were not public (really? a federal prosecutor's rescusal documentation are private?). And the cover-up continued:

When the House Judiciary Committee looked into the Siegelman affair earlier this year, DoJ issued statements, placed in the Congressional record, maintaining that the case had been handled only by career prosecutors, not political appointees, and that Canary had recused herself in 2002, "before any significant decisions ... were made."........

This little douchebag, a McCain volunteer at the rally in Strongsville on Wednesday, didn’t want to be on camera when I asked him if he thought Barack Obama was a terrorist. Among others. A lot of commenters have asked why I would put people on camera who don’t want to be on camera.

Here’s why.

White Power: The Republican Base

I will catch you up on my adventures in DC in a separate entry, because I am so livid I can barely type. My hands are shaking and I am crying because I have never in my life seen so much hate congregated together, so much plotting the unthinkable and so much encouragement of total derangement as though rabid nationalism coupled with lunacy were somehow a good thing.

Onwards then. I went back to the Hinckley last night, which I will explain in more detail in a separate post. Suffice it to stay that I stayed overnight and snuck into the festivities of the KKK cloaked in "values" convention and all of its obscene pornography of hate. Now, I was not allowed to take pictures of the racist, hateful, misogynistic items on display in the exhibit hall because only "authorized" people were allowed to take pictures and record a public event in a public hotel. I did manage, however, to purchase one of the best selling products of this confederacy and using my cell phone, took pictures of the box. Forgive me for how blurry the pictures are. The fuzziness is the result of both my shaking hands and my cell phone's shitty camera.

The first picture below is the front of the waffle box and it is startling in its overt racism. I asked the "chef" of this ugly version of reality if he was at all concerned that this might be viewed as a white man putting a black man into a frying pan and he laughed and said "I hope so."..................

...I sat down to look at the waffle box near the deli outside of the exhibit and I overheard two women discussing the notion - frightening to them - that if Obama were to become president there would be more black babies in America............

As I reported in last month, the Office of Professional Responsibility at the Department of Justice is indeed investigating two US Attorneys - still remarkable allowed near the law - in what has come to be known as the US Attorney Scandal. The two attorneys in question are the US Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama, Leura Canary (and her office) and the US Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi, Dunnica Lampton (and his office).

Today we have additional confirmation that Canary (and her office) is in the hot seat, by way of the Tuscaloosa News.

We have also learned today that Karl Rove has himself a remarkable new ally. First, let's recap who Rove is in this saga and why he has been subpeonaed to testify in front of Congress on July 10.

Karl Rove cut his teeth as one of the "rat-fuckers" of the Segretti crew, who ran dirty tricks for Nixon. That should tell you everything you need to know about what kind of sociopath this man is. Bush is MIA, again...

Nearly three years ago as people were drowning in NOLA, the so-called leader of this nation dashed eagerly from one side of the country to another -fund-raising for his party- without a moment's care for his fellow Americans in their time of crisis. In fact, whenever a national crisis has occurred, Bush has been conspicuously absent. During the fourth or fifth day of the Katrina massacre and the missing leadership of this nation, I wrote the following:

Kucinich presents Bush impeachment articles

An Ohio Democratic lawmaker and former presidential candidate has presented articles of impeachment against President George W. Bush to Congress.
Thirty-five articles were presented by Rep. Dennis Kucinich to the House of Representatives late Monday evening, airing live on C-SPAN.
"The House is not in order," said Kucinich to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), upon which Pelosi pounded her gavel.
"Resolved," Kucinich then began, "that President George W. Bush be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate. ...
"In his conduct while President of the United States, George W. Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and to the best of his ability preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has committed the following abuses of power..."
The first article Kucinich presented, and many that followed, regarded the war in Iraq: "Article 1 - Creating a secret propaganda campaign to manufacture a false case for war against Iraq."

(in a posting entitled i don't care for rachel ray). the posting was about sheer lunacy. because there isn't enough starvation, sickness, lack of education, death, torture, natural disasters, etc out there, some twilight zoners think rachel ray and dunkin' donuts are supporting terrorists because she had a black and white scarf on in a commercial. WELL I FUCKING AM WEARING MY SCARF EVERY DAY FOR A WHILE - JUST TO MAKE A POINT.

Either Michelle Malkin is insane or she has a serious drug problem and neither will bring her any closer to her life-long dream of becoming a Jew no matter how much she waves the Likud talking points. The reality is that most Jews do not hold the world-view of the right-wing Likud party and most Jews think even less of non-Jews who support such extremism.

Her latest insanity results in censorship of a commercial over a scarf:

My syndicated column today examines the keffiyeh kerfuffle with Dunkin’ Donuts and Rachael Ray that I noted on the blog last week. As you’ll recall, I linked to an item by LGF’s Charles Johnson about the scarf she wore in a recent Dunkin’ ad. Keffiyeh chic has been covered on this site and at Hot Air extensively (see here, here, and here). Anti-American fashion designers abroad and at home have mainstreamed and adapted the scarves as generic pro-Palestinian jihad or anti-war statements. Yet many folks out there remain completely oblivious to the apparel’s violent symbolism and anti-Israel overtones. Left-wing bloggers responded with complete scorn, deliberate mischaracterizations of the debate, and then outrage when Dunkin’ Donuts commendably showed sensitivity to the concerns and pulled the ad. The Boston Globe accused me of “yowling.” If you actually read my post and the column below, you’ll see no such thing.

The scorn is much deserved Michelle. I am a Jew and I own a scarf like that. You are not a Jew and you scream bloody murder over a scarf like that. What does that tell you, Michelle? Let me help here, it should tell you that you are incredibly ill-informed and running purely on hate. In other words, the usual Malkinism...........

All the President's Nazis (real and imagined): An Open Letter to Bush
Dear Mr. Bush,
Your speech on the Knesset floor today was not only a disgrace; it was nothing short of treachery. Worse still, your exploitation of the Holocaust in a country carved out of the wounds of that very crime, in order to strike a low blow at American citizens whose politics differs from your own is unforgivable and unpardonable. Let me remind you, Mr. Bush, of your words today:
"Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along," Bush said at Israel's 60th anniversary celebration in Jerusalem.
"We have heard this foolish delusion before," Bush said in remarks to Israel's parliament, the Knesset. "As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: 'Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.' We have an obligation to call this what it is -- the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history."
Well Mr. Bush, the only thing this comment lacked was a mirror and some historical facts. You want to discuss the crimes of Nazis against my family and millions of other families in Europe during World War II? Let me revive a favorite phrase of yours: Bring. It. On!.....................
