Mr. Mouse Meets Peter Max (by Klein and Wood)
Peter Max , after conquering the psychedelic world, decided to do what every boy at heart does; have his own comic book, with all his favorite characters involved. Even better, he got the great Wally Wood to do it. Snazzy.

The Gnark ( Steve Skeates, Steve Ditko + Wally Wood)
A story spotlighted here not only because it was never officially published--was supposed to be for Plop!, dc humor mag-- but also for the unusual team up of steve ditko and wally wood (and not for the plot which is fair but not exceptional). This may be their only collaboration to my knowledge, and one of the few times wood's inks did not overwhelm another persons pencils. It is an unusual but intriguing melding of talents.

Wally's World
Another odd short from Weird Science, a series that actually lost money with each issue but the publisher loved it so much he refused to cancel it or replace it with an easy sell. Appreciate the balls of the publisher and Woody's amazing art, knowing it was brought for the love of the medium. Enjoy.

A little Wally Wood
Wally always had a way of combining comedy and horror( the two planes this world truly lives on) mesh so flawlessly.

Comic Opera (by Jacobs and Wood)
Frank Jacob's gags are amusing but Wally Wood's art really throws it into the stratosphere. All those characters and details, he must have spent forever on them. Quite amazing.
