A trio of friends!

These were the cutest group of 3 year olds you will ever meet! Their personalities were so lovable and friendly and accepting. It was so fun to have them in my home on my teaching weeks.

Time Out for Women girl trip

My first girl trip since having kids and boy was it fun! We went to Time Out for Women in San Antonio, TX. It was a great break and much needed girl time. Listening to Sheri Dew on Friday night was worth it all! She is so inspiring. Thanks goes out to all our husbands who voluntarily took care of our kids and let us leave for the weekend. We each have 4 kids, so that is a major committment. We left at 10am on Friday and got back around 2pm on Sunday. What a great break!

This is how much luggage it takes for 4 women for 2 nights! And it all fit in the trunk of a Toyota Yaris with room to spare! I am impressed with the trunkspace of that car!

Easter 2011

EASTER

We took pictures after church. The girls picked out their own dresses this year! They all looked beautiful! Parker was not one for pictures, but I think we got a cute shot of him alone at least!

Boosterthon Fun Run

Normally fundraiser time for elementary school is the most dreaded activity of the year! I so don't like to call and ask people to spend $15 for 2 dozen frozen cookie dough or ask someone to buy a cheap souvenir that is way over priced. This year the girls participated in the Boosterthon fun run. They made all the calls to get pledges and they did all the running...so, I had little to do but help collect money.

It was the windiest day ever! I walked to the school with the 2 younger ones twice that day and there was some major resistance from the wind. I don't know how the kindergarten kids even stood up against it. It was so fun to watch! Anna ran 32 laps and Kirsten ran 33 laps! GO GIRLS!

Bluebonnets 2011

We found a gorgeous bluebonnet patch and had so much fun taking pictures!

Falls asleep in his high chair

Parker has fallen asleep in his high chair more times than all my other kids combined. He fills that tummy up and then he is out like a light!

New Garden in New House

It was the most beautiful day! Felt like the air-conditioning had been turned on outside. We weeded, shaped, and planted our garden in our front yard! Such a fun work day for all of us!

What do you get when you combine a Parker and a bowl of spaghetti? An Orange faced Parker.

Spaghetti night is always bath night for Parker.

Parker's 1st Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PARKER!

My how fast a year goes by. He is walking, pointing at things, gives great hugs, will perform but not on demand. He loves and trusts his sisters! He had his mommy and daddy wrapped around his little fingers!

Parker is anxiously awaiting his 1st birthday cake with his cousin, Graham who was born 6 days after him.

Kirsten thought he needed to eat it with a fork :) She didn't like getting her fingers dirty at 1 and still dosen't like to at 8!
