He's Here!

>Liam Tobias Summerhays arrived on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 6:35pm - weighing in at a hefty 9lbs. 6oz. and 22" long. His delivery was very quick, after a very lengthy and somewhat difficult 10 hour labor. I was having some Preclampsia symptoms the last two weeks of pregnancy, but they wouldn't induce labor until 39 weeks. This made labor a bit of a challenge and the after-birth even more challenging. Postpartum Eclampsia wasn't pleasant, but boy am I glad that's over with. And sweet little Liam had Jaundice, just like his brothers before him. He was under the Bili lights for 4 days and endured far too many pricks in the heel. What a champ.








We're just so thrilled to finally have this little boy in our home. He's been wanted, prayed for and hoped for, for a long 5 years. Thanks for joining our family, baby boy!
