When browsing through the 

Fashion Fever doll auctions

I came across an auction for 

pieces to a Barbie Build a Room Kit. 

But before bidding, I checked to see 

if there were others available. 

Found one still in the box and not opened. 

Price was right!  Cheaper than the pieces.

Accessories look to include a shelf, a TV, 

a deck of playing cards and a poster. 

The shelf and poster seem to be on hangers that go 

over the side of the wall.

Does anyone own this set? Will I be able to make 

my own walls and use them with this set? 

Will open the box this weekend, too busy 

with other things this week to go and 

find my furniture. 

Will post pictures when I create some rooms!

Fashion Fever Nikki

Fashion Fever Nikki was produced by Mattel in 2008.  She has jointed wrists and elbows.  It took me awhile to figure out who she was since she was found without her original outfit.  I found out who she was from the Barbie Doll Photo Album. (The best Barbie reference book I own).. Nikki is now dressed in a Pink Label Barbie dress and added a pair of white boots which I got last week at a garage sale.  The resident kitty cat took an immediate liking to Nikki.

Fashion Fever Kayla 2004

Found these two dolls together today at my favorite thrift store.  These are both Fashion Fever Kayla by Mattel from 2004.  The Kayla in the blue top has on her complete outfit.  The other Kayla is missing her purse and a light blue jacket.

Mattel Danish Modern Furniture

The three pieces of furniture are from the 1958 Mattel Danish Modern Collection.This collection was pre-Barbie.  All are marked Japan.  Found these at the Thrift store all together at a great low price.  Missing were the cushions for the chair and couch.  Whoever had owned this furniture before me kept it in very good condition.
The Barbie in the blue dress I am assuming may be a Fashion Fever.  Found with the blue dress she has on but was missing her shoes.
Update: The Barbie in the blue dress is a Fashion Fever Doll from the Sweets Collection Wave Aqua Party Missing her blue pumps and aqua blue present clutch purse.
