My Tasty Porridge

Wow, seriously I should praise myself for making this one-time-wonder squids and mushrooms porridge! Hehe..

I had this since young...Mum used to cook this for us long time ago...
So, I'm kinda crave for it and of course without mommy around, I gotta find my own way to have it!
Best way, I still have to call her up for the recipes...Ingredients and basic steps are important in helping me getting it done :P
She taught me to use minced pork/chicken to cook with the squids actually but creative me replaced that with mushrooms instead! Or should I say 'lazy' instead cos' I don't any at home? Nah, still I'm 'creative'... :P You got to make use of whatever ingredients you have, right?

So, here was my attempt:

By looking at it again, I'm hungry now...
Sorry for not revealing on the recipes :P

Korean House

Oh, I'm so addicted to Korean food right now...Can have it almost everyday!
Well, it's been a while since the last time I had it...probably few months back...
Til' one fine day, CP recommended me this Korean restaurant called Korean House at SS2, PJ. (Shop rows next to police station/SS2 durian stalls)

All these while, whenever I crave for Korean food, I have to go all the way to Ampang area for a really authentic Korean food...
As I know in Taipan, Dao Rae serves a very authentic one but it's kind of pricey...Their services is the best! 2 thumbs up for that ;)

So, I suggested this Korean House to my housemates as a farewell dinner to Zuanne and they loved it! Since that day onwards, we're addicted to it :P Their favourite - Kimchi soup!

Call for reservation if you're going in a big group of people.

Cashier counter. Where's the lady boss??

A very cozy ambience.

Most of the Korean restaurants have the similar kind of interior concept.

My all time favourite - Bibimbap (RM15.00/bowl)

Remove aside the fried egg. I prefer Bibimbap to be served cold instead of in hotstone pot cause it taste better.

Put in Bibimbap paste...

Stir them up!

My Bibimbap comes with a complimentary re-fillable soup of the day.

Spotlight of the day - Kimchi soup served with steamed rice. (RM15.00/set) Too bad I can't take spicy food...

All order(s) will be served with assorted side dishes. (Daily side dishes might vary from the pictures)

Closed-up of the re-fillable side-dishes.

To complete our meal, we were served with refreshing cinnamon tea as dessert. For those who order BBQ, you'll be served with chilled pumpkin dessert instead.
