OUTER SPACE MEN at SDCC 2012: Alpha Phase Wave 5

Four Horseman x Onell Design x OUTER SPACE MEN. It's become traditional for Four Horsemen to release the new Wave of figures in "Alpha Phase" which means unpainted clear. I love 'em as they look like gummy candy. This year it's Wave 5 which includes Gemini, Orbitron and the mighty Cyclops. Personally Cyclops makes this set. A much larger figure relative to the rest, it's the largest figure in the entire series.

Outer Space Men Wave 5 Alpha Phase Pre-Order...!!

This release features the following Outer Space Men:

GEMINI - He'll be cast in a clear yellow plastic with purple painted eyes and clear green ABS plastic accessories and helmets. Hidden behind each of the little green ABS buttons on his chest and back are Glyos sockets so you can build and re-design him to your hearts content! He'll also include a second set of arms, which are not pictured in the image below.

ORBITRON - He'll be cast in a clear pink plastic with blue painted eyes and chest dome. His accessories will be clear green ABS plastic. He also has a secret hidden feature which we're going to reveal sometime next week!

CYCLOPS - Our very first "deluxe" Outer Space Man, not only is he massive compared to the other Outer Space Men, but he comes decked out with lots of goodies! He'll be cast in a clear light blue plastic and his accessories and outer helmet will be clear green ABS plastic. His chest/back armor and inner helmet are fully removable so you can create a completely different look for the character. He also features another set of "open" hands which aren't shown in the image below.

Each figure will come in individual bags with card toppers and card-backs inserted into each bag. The cost will be $50.00 per set of all three figures (plus shipping & handling charges).

New Outer Space Men Test Shots and Cosmic Creators Series Revealed..!!

We just got test shots in of Outer Space Men, Orbitron and Gemini and our first Deluxe Outer Space Man, Cyclops in at the studio yesterday and we couldn't wait any longer to show them off to you!

They're really beautiful and we were amazed at the heft of Cyclops when you hold him in your hand. As you can see from the photos below, he's massive compared to the other OSM done so far. He'll make a worthy adversary for the upcoming Colossus Rex for sure!

As for the Alpha Phase wave which will be released at the 2012 San Diego Comic Con and sold through Store Horsemen, we've decided on colors for each of the characters...

The Cosmic Creators Series: Four Horsemen Edition Outer Space Men figures will be going up for pre-order later this week. Each card-back in the sets will be signed by the Four Horsemen and all of the in-house employees at Four Horsemen studios.

CALLGRIM DRT WRAITH...!!!!!!

Personally, I think this is Jesse's best work yet. 8" tall WRAITH. A behemoth in the Glyos Universe. This guy is so over the top awesome, but at $200 a pop, pretty expensive. Not saying it's not worth it, just expensive. I want one. Get one for yourself while you still can.

The DRT Wraith stands 8" tall. The Wraith is a full production, 16 piece vinyl figure with a 30 piece PVC gun cannon attachment on each arm (60 PVC parts total). Each limited edition Wraith has multiple Deluxe Real Type paint applications. Due to the hand painted weathering technique used, each Wraith is unique, meaning no two Wraiths are exactly alike. The Wraith also comes with a hand weathered 2 piece screen printed cloak. The figure includes an art card and is packed in a custom screen printed box.
