Written Review – $125.00+
Reviews are reserved for games that are already retailing or about to retail.  The copy I receive MUST match the copy a typical customer would get.  I’d link your website/store page in the review.  Reviews include a score out of 10.  Turnaround is typically 2-5 days upon receipt of the game.  Price may increase based on game complexity.

Written Preview – $125.00+
Previews are reserved for games that are under development.  These include Kickstarter campaigns.  I’d link your website/store page/kickstarter campaign in the preview.  Previews do not include a score as it’s not fair to rate a game when it’s not complete yet. Turnaround is typically 2-5 days upon receipt of the game, though I can hold off on posting to time it with the launch of your Kickstarter campaign.  Price may increase based on game complexity.

Unboxing / Overview Video – $75.00
These typically run for 3-10 minutes, showing off the components and basic gameplay mechanics.  These videos are not a full-rules teach.  Videos are captured in 1080p and sound is captured via lavalier mic.  As the occasion calls for it, I will switch to PC video/sound capture via OBS to show off a Kickstarter or store page.

How to Play Video – $175.00+
These typically run for 10-30 minutes.  Price may increase based on game complexity.  These videos show off components, victory conditions, and how turns are typically played.  I can utilize Tabletop Simulator to help you save on shipping costs.

Press Release – $50.00
I would introduce the game via a short paragraph and picture/logo, followed by whatever you want to provide to upsell your game. I’d simply copy and paste your material into the body of the blog post. Press releases also include a Kickstarter link. Sending me a copy of the game is not required. Press releases are posted within a day upon receipt of the material & payment. This is a great way to advertise your game/websites in a blog post without having to ship costly prototypes for preview purposes.

Tabletop Simulator Interview – Free Finished Copy or Small $ Donation
We’d meet on Discord and TTS.  From there, you’d give a 15-30 minute overview of your game assuming you have a module set up there.  I may ask questions from time to time and when finished, post the video on my YouTube channel.  This is a cheap way to get some coverage without sending physical prototype copies.  My usual form of compensation is a free copy of the game once it’s produced, but can accept a small fee if monetary donation is easier.  I’m easy to work with.

Rulebook Editing & Analysis – $10+/Page
As a critic I run into all sorts of developers who know their game but don’t know how to teach it on paper.  I sometimes reject projects because the provided rulebook is a mess.  This service is designed to catch not only grammatical errors, but also bring glaring rule explanations and concepts to your attention.  I’d provide a list of questions and observations via a Word document as well as suggestions for improvement.  You can then decide to incorporate these changes into your rulebook at your discretion as I would not make the changes for you.  Price varies based on rulebook length and page size.

I’ve written over 1,000 articles and receive, on average, about 25,000 website views a month.  My YouTube channel has over 45,000 subscribers and 20 million total views.  I do export my content to BoardGameGeek to ensure that it reaches a wider audience assuming your game is set up there.
