Stampin' Bingo!!!!!

 

Hi Friends!

I wanted to share our latest Bingo Night with you all!  We typically play Bingo about 3 times a year, with the release of each new catalog. 

We always have so much fun at Bingo....  I think it's the combination of game playing, prize winning and card making that just work really well together :).



Here are pics of the make-n-takes that we made in between our Bingo rounds......

Each person that attended Bingo also went home with ALL of this that night (on top of their Bingo winnings!!)....

I always like to give a little something to each person that attends.  This time, everyone received a fun treat box, along with a sample of the beautiful Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Series Paper and Shaded Spruce & Gold Edged Ribbon.



Here's a close-up of this fun treat box idea.....

These treat boxes are super-simple to make.  Start with a 3 3/4" x 6 1/2" piece of Crushed Curry card stock.  Score on the 6 1/2" side at 3" and 3 1/2".  Then, score on the 3 3/4" side at 1/2" and 3 1/4".  Cut up along the 2 small score marks to the intersecting score marks to create 2 small tabs in the center of your card stock, and adhere the box together (see video below for more how-to's).

Basic Beige card stock = 2 1/2" x 2 3/4"

Gathering Together DSP = 2 1/4" x 2 1/2"

I also used the Label Me Grateful Stamp Bundle, Gathering Moments Bundle, Traditional Label Dies, Gold Foil Sheets, Opal Rounds Assortment and Basic Beige Classic Ribbon on this treat box.

Here's a fun treat box I made for everyone that attended our Bingo Night at the end of January!!

This is one of my favorite things to do.... make cute treats for classes, events and my club members :).

I always like to give a little something to each person that attends.  This time, everyone received a fun treat box, along with a sample of the brand-new Pattern Party (Host) Designer Series Paper, 2021-23 In Color card stock and Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon.



Here's a close-up of this fun treat idea.....

These treat boxes are super-simple to make.  Just start with a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Mango Melody card stock and score at 1 3/4" on all 4 sides.  Cut up along the score marks to the intersecting score marks on 2 opposite sides and adhere the box together.

To make the belly band, use a 1 3/4" x 9" strip of Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper.

Punch a Smoky Slate scalloped heart and a Fine Art Floral DSP heart using the Hearts Punch Pack.  Adhere together and add to the box with Dimensionals.  Add a Champagne Rhinestones to the heart.

Finally, stamp "With gratitude" from the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set (or use any greeting you'd like!), die-cut with the Smooth Sailing Dies and add to the heart with Mini Dimensionals.

I wanted to share our latest Bingo Night with you all!  We typically play Bingo about 3 times a year, with the release of each new catalog.  We've started playing Online Bingo, too - this is a great option for my long-distance friends!!  I'll let you know as soon as we have our next live Bingo and Online Bingo Nights planned.

I always like to give a little something to each person that attends.  This time, everyone received a cute sticky note holder, along with a sample of the Whale of a Time Designer Series Paper and the Pool Party Sheer Ribbon.



Here's a close-up of this fun treat idea.....

To make the sticky note holder, start with a piece of Gray Granite card stock measuring 3 1/4" x 8 1/2".  Score this piece at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4" (see below), and then accordian fold along the score marks.

You also need a 3 1/4" x  4 1/4" piece of Gray Granite card stock.  This piece is attached to the front of the larger piece above (at the top where the 2 1/8" score mark is only).  Do not adhere the bottom half of this piece to the larger piece.  It should angle out over the accordian fold piece (see below). 

This is what the back of the sticky note holder will look like.....

To decorate the front, adhere a 2 3/4" x 3 3/4" piece of Whisper White card stock to the front flap we just mentioned above.

Then, adhere a 2 1/2" x  3 1/2" piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper to the Whisper White piece.

Next, die-cut the leaves from In Good Taste Designer Series Paper (using the Forever Flourishing Dies) and the Petal Pink sprigs (using the Sunflower Dies) and adhere them to the front.

Then, stamp "Trust me, you're lovely" in Gray Granite ink on Whisper White card stock using the Lovely You Stamp Set.  Die-cut with the Tasteful Labels Dies and add to the front with Dimensionals.

Finally, add 2 Pearls and a Linen Thread bow to the front for a few finishing touches!

Online Bingo

Hi Friends!

I wanted to share our latest Online Bingo Night with you all!  We typically play Online Bingo about 3 times a year, with the release of each new catalog.  We actually played our most recent Online Bingo Night at the end of May. 

 

I was able to fill their swag bags with BRAND NEW ANNUAL CATALOG PRODUCT, plus we played for BRAND NEW ANNUAL CATALOG PRIZES, TOO  (all thanks to the demonstrator pre-order in May)!!

Here's a peak at the treats I made for everyone.  Believe it or not, it wasn't very hot here in Michigan at the end of May, so I never even thought twice about sending chocolate in the mail.  I learned my lesson!  Although.... I think everyone just put their chocolate in the fridge or freezer so that they could still enjoy it :),  Good idea!!

And.... here are the make-n-takes we made.  I like to use new catalog product on these projects. But.... we used current (at the time) stamp sets so that hopefully everyone would have these sets or something similar they could use to do their stamping.

This first card featured our new In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, Tastetul Touches Dies and Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim.  I just had to do a masculine card with these products!

This next card featured our new In Colors, Magenta Madness and Misty Moonlight, along with our new In Color Designer Series Paper Pack and Enamel Dots and the Misty Moonlight/Silver Baker's Twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack.



I think everyone had a great time at Online Bingo!!
