To you all today might be Wednesday, or even day 14 of my 25 Days of Polish Giveaway, but for me...today is my BIRTHDAY! Since the lovely Allison from LE Polish wanted to giveaway a bottle of the polish I created for her holiday collection, and I've already shown it off to you all HERE, I knew exactly what I had to do...I bought a bottle of her polish that celebrates Sagittarius. It was the obvious thing to do. 

LE Polish has a Birthday Club series where she creates a polish for each astrological sign and releases them on the first day of that sign. If you're a member of her Facebook fan group you even get to help with the creative process. I'll explain more about it later, but it's a blast!

I have a super fun post for you all this Monday. Allison, the wonderful spirit behind LE Polish, decided that it would be fun to do a collab collection with bloggers for her holiday collection. The bloggers involved are a mix of ones that blog for her and ones that she admires. This collab collection has a little twist though. There are twelve bloggers, each one sent Allison a picture for inspiration, and worked with her on their vision for the polish. We were all sent our polishes to approve and review, and have a date to release each one for you to see. There in we have the 12 Days of Polish Collection! On this 3rd Day of Polish, I get to show you my contribution...Candyland Cathedral.

I've always had a fascination with St. Basil's Cathedral in Russia. I was little and came across pictures of it in a National Geographic magazine, I believe. I thought it looked like the castle in the board game Candyland. It's silly thinking back on it. It doesn't look like the castle at all, but it is so incredibly whimsical. I'm not normally one to draw inspiration from pictures, but since it was how Allison wanted to handle things, I knew it would be the perfect thing for this. I found a stunning picture of St. Basil's Cathedral in the snow at Christmas time (you'll see the picture soon, I promise) and I got all warm and fuzzy inside. It was perfect! Ready to see it?!

My little girl started the 2nd grade yesterday. Why in the world do kids grow so fast? I refuse to accept that fact that she will be 7 in just 3 weeks. 7 years goes by way too quickly. Well, to ease my pain, I've got an adorable trio from le Polish to show you all today. She took inspiration from the movie Billy Madison to give us the Back to School Trio. It's been far too long since I've watched this movie, but I think it's about time I popped it in the DVD player again. As much as I giggled at the names of these, I just about peed my pants laughing trying to find the right gifs to add to each one. This movie will never get old. Ready to see these?!

Today, I have the pleasure of showing you LE Polish's upcoming Love Your Mother Collection. This beautiful set of 4 crellies named after the Greek goddesses of Earth. She was inspired by a beautiful picture (you'll see it after the jump), and just took it to another level. Allison has made some incredible collections, but I think this has got to be my absolute favorite of them all. In fact, I dare her to try to beat this!

Anyone in the mood to see another great box? Stupid question right? These boxes are so much fun! One price, many different brands and so many goodies! This one is so much fun! It's the new Nouveau Geek Box. This month's theme is a Super Mario theme. The perfect way to start a "geek" box! Each polish inspired by something within the Super Mario Bros. world...new and old.

Burnt out from Easter and Spring Break? Mother's Day is right around the corner! Whether you're a mom or just want an excuse to buy some new goodies, this is a box you're going to want to money aside for. LE Polish, Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer, Sassy Pants Polish, Supernatural Lacquer, and Turtle Tootsie Polish did an absolutely brilliant job with this box. Each polish speaks to you in different ways...nude for how you feel when your kids aren't around (even if they drive you crazy when they are around), green for the vegetables we have difficulty getting our kids to eat, pink for that rare bubble bath we need more often than we actually get it, burgundy for that glass of wine we keep checking our clocks for to see if it's bedtime yet (no one will judge you if you have a glass of wine before the kids are in bed), and purple for that piece of pie/candy we try to convince ourselves is a sufficient breakfast/lunch/dinner. I hope you are all in the mood for some green today!! I've got LE Polish's upcoming St. Patty's Day Duo to show you all. This duo is named after the Dropkick Murphys song Kiss Me I'm Shitfaced. I've included the song for you to listen to as you're browsing the photos and reading. I'm a big fan of greens and these did not disappoint. We are going to keep this short and sweet because I'm finally feeling better so I have a lot of swatching to catch up on. For now...GREEN POLISH!!!

This week will be a short week for me. The husband, munchkin, and I will be headed out of town later this week and will be away in NYC for the first ever BroadwayCon all weekend. Hopefully the impending snow storm will allow us to return home on time, either way it should be a great time!

Now, onto the reason you came here...nail polish! LE Polish is releasing her unconventional Darth Valentine Trio this Saturday. I love that she made this trio. Instead of going all lovey-dovey or anti-love, she went Star Wars! Of course, I've got swatches of all three to show you all before I head out of town.

I know it's January and we just got through Christmas and New Years (I'm still in denial and have my tree and decorations up), but I'm going to get you in the Valentines mood today. I was asked to swatch and review the Puppy Love Box from LE Polish, Poetry Cowgirl Nail Polish, Turtle Tootsie Polish, Sassy Pants Polish, and Lemming Lacquer. They did a beautiful job putting this adorable box together. Whether you have someone to spend Valentines Day with or not, the Puppy Love Box will either prepare you for a lovely date, or pamper you on a nice night in.

How is it already Christmas?! I'm still in denial as I sit here and look at all the gifts under the tree. However, I do have a super fun and unique little trio from LE Polish to show you all today. This is the Condiment Christmas Trio. It isn't available to purchase, nor will it be. There are only 2 bottles of each color in existence. I've got one of each to show you all, and the winner of the final day of my 25 Days of Polish Giveaway will win the other set. 

Shortly after I swatched her A Christmas Trio, I was raving about how much I adored Far-Gee-lay and I'd love a polish like it without the black shards. Well, that was the beginning of the end and we started goofing off and this little trio came about. I have to say, this little joke turned into a quite beautiful and well rounded trio. Ready to see?

Happy Wednesday, everyone! I refuse to believe Thanksgiving is next week. However, I have to embrace it because I've got so many holiday polishes to show you. Today, I have the next set of beauties from LE Polish. This is A Christmas Trio, three beauties inspired by the movie A Christmas Story. I don't know about you, but I never get tired of this movie. When these showed up, I squealed with delight. These won't be available until next week, but I just couldn't wait to show you.
