I imagine it's a lot of money to have a private lake on your property. We just got one for free. Lake Brink. Not exactly big enough to ski on; anyone up for rafting?

Sharky tooth kids

Just wondering... So, how common is it for children's permanent teeth to grow in behind their baby teeth, while the baby teeth are still there?

This bizarre thing happened to Bro on his bottom front teeth, so we had to have the Dentist pull those babies out. Now the same thing is happening to Girt! You can see the new biggie in the back and the baby tooth is sticking straight out! Her smile is really pretty cute in an odd sort of way.

And another thing: Bro didn't lose his first tooth (thanks to the help of the Dentist), until he was 71/2! Girt is only 5. Just when I think I have it figured out, everything changes. Go figure.

Ok, so you're wondering why I set this up and haven't done a thing with it. I knew you were thinking that. Well, the real truth is: I couldn't figure out how to post! I know, I can be a dork and even naive sometimes. But this is really embarassing. Especially since everyday in the shower I'm thinking about what I can blog about and have composed some really great posts that may never see the light of day because I had to ask someone how to post on my own blog! (I'm going for a record in the run-on sentence category with that one.) So, I'm going to go now, and eat my humble pie in peace.
