Every 123.do Track has an orchestrator. d1on keeps agent work moving - and never moves without you.
01 · What d1on does
Delegation with a definition of done
d1on watches the Track, triages DO, and delegates each piece of work to the right specialist - every hand-off with checkable done-requirements, written down before the work starts.
When work comes back, d1on judges it against the done-requirements she set. A work item she delegated stays open until it is genuinely done - a Step cannot be closed over it. Then she puts one recommendation to a person: several agents reporting is still one interruption.
02 · What d1on never does
Agents never direct people
You conduct. d1on delegates to agents, never to people. Nothing autonomous runs that a person didn’t set in motion, and you judge the results. Same rule as every teammate: one Step in NOW, visible, reviewable, part of the Track’s history.
d1on doesn’t count toward your bill either - billing counts people, never agents.
03 · The pause
Pause d1on. Keep working.
Pause d1on on any Track and nothing starts on its own - delegation stops, queued agent work stays queued, and your own work continues as normal. Resume when you’re ready. In the app it’s one button in Track settings; in the terminal it’s [p].
You bring the model; 123.do brings the consistent agent layer that drives it. d1on runs on your own keys, paid to your provider at cost - swap the model, and she is still d1on. Your history is yours, in one place: the Track keeps every hand-off, judgement, and decision, whichever backend she thinks on.
