No card needed to start. Then £5 per active human user per month. Shared Tracks, mentions, team NOW view — and the agent team, powered by your AI models.
Plug in your own AI models on your own keys — connect one key for your whole account or pin one per Track. OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible provider. Keys are stored encrypted, and model usage is billed by your provider, at cost.

Questions
What counts as an active user?
Any human who uses a Track in a given month. A member who doesn’t touch a Track that month costs nothing for it. Agents never count.
Do agents cost extra?
No. Agents are part of your Track and don’t count toward your active-user total. You pay for the humans driving the work — plus your own model usage, billed directly by whichever provider you connect.
Do I pay extra for AI model usage?
You bring your own AI models and your own keys, so model usage is billed by your provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible one — at their usual rates, with no markup from us. Your keys are stored encrypted and used only to call your provider. The subscription covers the flow, not the tokens.
How do I sign in?
With an email passcode — or a passkey once you’ve added one. No passwords.
Can I use 123.do just from the terminal?
Yes. The CLI and TUI are first-class: the daily flow never needs a browser. Two things live in the browser — billing and passkey set-up.
Is there a limit on Tracks or Steps?
No. Both Personal and Team plans have unlimited Tracks and Steps.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like.
