- December 12, 2019, Welcome Reception was hosted by AIFC for AIFC registered law firms and Participants.Legal Consulting Community Limited, AIFC registered law firm, was awarded with Letter of appreciation by Mr. Marat Aitenov, First Deputy CEO of AIFC Authority, for support the AIFC initiative on AIFC Law Pro Bono Office.
- On December 9, 2019 the first Foundations Program for Future Lawyers award ceremony was held.The program consists of five (5) modules covering the key "foundational" subjects required for students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the AIFC legal system.
The program includes the following modules:- Foundations in AIFC Legal Framework;
- Foundations in AIFC Dispute Resolution;
- Foundations in AIFC Financial Services Regulation;
- Foundations in the Astana International Exchange (AIX); and
- Foundations in Islamic Finance.
