Dear customers, at the moment we are experiencing some issues with data delivery for the Flights API.
Dear customers, we would like to remind you that if you use the Alert API https://airlabs.co/docs/alert
Please note the following:
Each webhook request that is sent to your server is subtracted from your account's total request quota.
Therefore, please set filters carefully to avoid unnecessary quota overruns.
Our webhook server IP: 51.15.88.39 (should be whitelisted in your systems)

Dear clients, for the past 14 hours we have experienced some interruptions in the work of the API, associated with the database of airports, as well as airport codes in the Flights API. Now everything is working stable, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Dear customers, we are in the process of partially updating the system, within the next hour there may be interruptions. We sincerely apologize.
Dear clients, in the last 48 hours we optimized the data warehousing, and due to this you have seen some delays. We sincerely apologize. For the moment, all systems are working stable.
Dear customers, we apologize for the significant delays in providing support. We would like to inform you about the new release of Routes API, in which we have significantly reduced the number of duplicates in the data. You do not need to update your code, just the data will become cleaner.
Dear clients, we are updating the Routes database, so there will be more data in the next few days, and this will solve most of the inaccuracies in the representation of missing flights, as well as some incorrect data by day of the week.
Dear customers, we have to report that we encountered an attack on our internal infrastructure. You may have seen significant outages in the API and delivery of emails, updates and other services. Of course, this is only our responsibility and we have already fixed most of the services. However, we are still in the process of getting some of them working again. As soon as the investigation and troubleshooting is completed, we will add free queries to each customer for the downtime.
Dear Customers.
We have just added the ability to obtain the last known geoposition for every aircraft we know about and provide information to Fleets DB.

Dear customers, due to failures in one of our data centers data update may be delayed, we are working on its elimination. We apologize for this.
Dear customers, we have implemented the ability to purchase extra queries on top of the queries included in the monthly quota:
- Extra requests can be purchased and used only if there is an active subscription plan with an expiration date older than the current one;
- extra requests do not increase the expiration date of the API key;
- when purchasing, the cost of extra requests is determined by the current subscription plan, higher plan - cheaper extra requests;
- extra requests will be used only after the monthly quota from the subscription has been used up.

Dear customers, in recent days we have carried out a number of works to optimise our databases, due to which you may have observed lags and hangs in the dashboard and some API functions. We have completed the main work and everything should work as normal, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Dear customers, probably some of you have received duplicate invoices for the same period of time. All of them will be corrected, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
During the last week there were problems with authorisation on the client portal. At the moment the problem has been completely resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Hey, everybody. We have added the ability to authorize using a temporary signature. The idea is to be able to send requests from a mobile app or your frontend directly to our APIs without passing the API Key. This signature is valid for a few minutes and is generated on your backend for more control. At the same time, the current method of authorization via API Key remains working as before.

Dear customers, we are evaluating the possibility and actual need for a new Historical API product. At this point, there is no definitive decision on whether this product will be developed and supported as a whole, but for those who may be interested, we have created an endpoint https://airlabs.co/api/v10/historical?api_key=YOUR-API-KEY&flight_iata=AA6

Dear customers, we are having global problems with CloudFlare. At the moment, we are waiting for bug fixes on the CloudFlare side, but we are making efforts to provide backup API access.

Dear customers, if you do not want to wait for CloudFlare to be restored, you can use a temporary IP address to work with our API.
http://192.248.155.178/api/v9/ping?api_key=YOUR-API-KEY
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the settings of the main airlabs domain in any way so that your services are restored automatically. We also can't manage the domain settings yet. Because even our domain registrar uses cloudflare to protect their services.
This IP is temporary and will work until CloudFlare comes to life.

At this point, we can confirm that CloudFlare is operating normally, so we ask everyone who switched to a temporary IP address to return to using the regular domain airlabs.co, as we will be turning off the IP address within three days from now.
Although the DNS servers are currently stable, we will be working to prepare for future problems of this nature.
We recommend that our customers create a quick change option in the domain settings they use. This can help to deal with future problems more quickly.
