The module files were removed here as a follow-up of Xor 0.2.0. Our module index and their installation commands are now available in the Modules Directory repository:

Here, you’ll receive updates on the modules in the Modules Directory, the module system, as well as polls to get the modules of your dream happen.

We also invite enthusiasts to contribute their own ideas to the Modules Directory, we like code!

For instructions on contributing, you can talk to us in @xorchat. Currently, and with Xor being in beta, there are no exact guidelines.
