Refund policy

At Taste of Nature, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@tasteofnature.com.  Please be sure to include your order number and the reason for the refund in your request.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping for any replacements.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and processing the request.
