Using tendeta

tendeta provides tools to create and manage an online store, publish products and receive customer orders. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your store and content

You are responsible for your store, its products, prices, descriptions, customer communications and compliance with all laws that apply to your business. You must not use tendeta for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing activity.

Orders and payments

Orders placed through a store are an agreement between the customer and the store owner. The store owner is the seller and merchant of record and is responsible for products, prices, fulfilment, delivery or collection, taxes, refunds, disputes and customer support. tendeta provides the software and is not the seller or a party to the purchase.

A store may accept an unverified manual or WhatsApp order, or connect its own Stripe account for online payment. Stripe processes those payments directly for the store under Stripe's own terms. A successful return page is not proof of payment; tendeta records payment only after confirmation from Stripe.

Your account

Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information. We may suspend or remove access when needed to protect the service, users or third parties, or where these terms are breached.

Availability and changes

We work to keep tendeta available and secure, but the service is provided as available. We may update, change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
