Resetting Your Login Password
Please note that the password reset link will only be valid for the email address associated with your TEEX account.
Resetting your login password is necessary in a few key situations:
- Forgotten Password: If you can’t remember your password, you’ll need to reset it to regain access to your account.
- Account Lockout: After multiple failed login attempts, your account may get temporarily locked. Resetting the password can unlock it and restore access.
- Security Concerns: If you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, resetting your password helps protect your information.
Official Student Training History Request
An official student training history contains confidential information and will only be released with written consent from the student. If you wish to request an official student training history, please contact the Student Records Office.
An unofficial student training history is available by selecting the “Training History” tab in your myTEEX student portal account.
Obtaining your TEEX Certificate
TEEX is making it more convenient for you to access your certificate! You can now view, download, and/or print your certificate directly from the myTEEX Student Portal.
