Texas & Pacific Railway Collection
About the Collection
The Texas and Pacific Railroad Collection is comprised of historic photographs of Abilene, news clippings, and archives (including photographs, maps, timetables, and correspondence) from privately donated Texas and Pacific Railway Archives. Located at the Grace Museum in Abilene, this collection chronicles the rise of the mighty railroad and its influence on West Texas’ evolution during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
