Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Carmarthen (CMN) and Fishguard Harbour (FGH):
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Carmarthen (CMN) and Fishguard Harbour (FGH).
We expect the incident to last until 18:30 and disruption to services is expected until 20:30.
What's Happened?
Due to a shortage of trains, the 17:36 Swansea to Fishguard Harbour service will be cancelled. Customers are advised to travel on the next available service to Carmarthen for rail replacement onwards to Fishguard Harbour.
Rail replacement will be provided by Davies and expected to depart Carmarthen at 18:54, once the next available service from Swansea has arrived. You can use your rail ticket on the next service and bus at no extra cost.
The 19:28 Fishguard Harbour service will also be cancelled. Rail replacement will be provided by Davies, customers are advised this rail replacement service will run approximately 1 hour late.
Road Transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.
