OUR MISSION
We are dedicated to shaping impactful experiences for organizations that foster a positive influence on society while maintaining the right balance between environmental responsibility, social engagement, and economic growth.
To realise this mission, our efforts encompass three key areas:
1️⃣ Event organisation
Assuming responsibility for the entire spectrum of planning, coordination, and management phases of an event, we handle everything from inception to completion. This encompasses event design, registration management, speaker coordination, activity organization, and the seamless execution of the overall event.
2️⃣ Renting out spaces and services
Providing companies desiring to host their own events with tailored spaces and services for rental, Luxexpo The Box offers well-suited venues such as meeting rooms, exhibition halls, or event spaces. Additionally, we extend support services including audiovisual equipment, catering, and more.
3️⃣ Co-organising events
Collaborating with fellow partners to organize an event, each participant has the opportunity to contribute their unique resources, skills, and specific input that contribute to the success of the event. This collaborative approach allows for the pooling of expertise from each co-organizer.
