South Illinois from College to Elm will close tomorrow about 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. for Trick or Treating on Main Street from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. followed by the Homecoming Concert starting about 6 p.m.
We are one of the 40 stops for downtown trick or treating and will be giving away both candy and a comic book so stop by
