Yugo M70 ejector

Just picked up a nice looking Yugo AK 47 M70B1. Mag that came with it beat to hell, got a new surplus mag and it runs great.

I'm concerned because the ejector is beat to hell and even if I smooth it a little, it's just as bad after the next range trip.

Has some trigger slap which I hope will settle down. Any ideas on the ejector? Never chokes and the casings fly away fine, just concerned about future issues...
Ejector pic is from underneath through the mag well.

Just an addition - I've heard the same angle piece is used for the 5.56 as the 7.62. Someone may have forgotten to grind off a mm or so on that piece.
