I help organisations run ambitious work without losing coherence. I design and run complex programmes where technology, narrative, and people have to work together. I also build the operating structures that keep ambitious work coherent as it ships and scales. My work spans games, media, research, consulting, and civic tech. I’m a Fellow of the RSA.
I’ve been part of the solarpunk movement since 2014. Very few people have experienced a memetic engine from the inside while also helping shape its language, norms, and public imagination.

Building and repairing the systems that make organisations work. Process design, KPI frameworks, board-level reporting, revenue operations, forecasting, headcount modelling, contracts, and SOWs. CRM implementation, workflow design, and operational infrastructure from scratch.

Operating models for techno-social systems. Scenario design, evaluation, benchmarking, synthesis. Futures thinking, horizon scanning, speculative design. AI agent research and evaluation. Research briefs and strategic frameworks for leadership teams. Community and participation design; norms, permissions, cultural coherence.
Communication & Public Voice
International conference speaker; Ars Electronica, Sonar+D, Transmediale, and others. Two podcasts and a long-running editorial practice; writing online since 2009. Teaching, workshop facilitation, executive writing. If you need someone who can represent the work in public, I already do that.

What I’m looking for:
A permanent senior role with real leverage. The kind of role where connecting strategy to delivery is the task. Somewhere ambitious, doing things worth doing. After a decade of advisory work, I’m looking for somewhere to land, go deep, and build over time; with high agency, genuine influence, and complex problems worth solving.
