After writing Git in 30 Minutes, I wanted to make it more accessible to a broader audience. So, I created a (free) web version of the full book.
MarkdowntoCV
There are a lot of solutions for writing and converting plain text resumes–but I wanted to build it myself, tailored to my own workflow and preferences. MarkdowntoCV is a simple, fully automated tool–just write your resume in Markdown, then convert it to a nicely formatted PDF and self-contained HTML web page, ready to share.
Writing with Emacs
As Obi-Wan might have said, Emacs is an elegant weapon from a more civilized age. I used Emacs daily for years, and though I use it less now, I maintain a growing list of resources to help people harness the powerful writing workflow that Emacs can provide. And with over 500 Github stars, it seems to be helpful.
