Stop states from diverting funds: BJP to fin panel
Hyderabad: BJP has asked the 16th Finance Commission to come up with a norm to refrain the states from diverting funds released under a certain head by introducing strict and penal provisions to prevent diversion of funds.
In a detailed representation, Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender, Kasam Venkateswarlu and Prakash Reddy alleged that the previous BRS govt and the present Congress govt have mastered the art of diverting funds.
