The Buckingham Murders Trailer: Kareena Kapoor Khan is hot on the trail of a threatening killer in this investigative thriller

Shedding her bubbly side, Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set to get into the garbs of a fierce investigator for The Buckingham Murders. The trailer is PACKED with suspence and intrigue, delivering the high expectations set by the teaser.
The makers announced the trailer with the caption, "With deception lurking around every corner, who can you trust?
Follow Detective Bhamra as she uncovers the truth." The 2-minute and 34-second trailer for The Buckingham Murders starts off with Kareena involved in a series of gripping interrogations.As DI Jasmeet Bamra, she is determined to unravel the events of November 14 and probe all the suspects. The movie narrates the story of a Ishpreet Kohli, a Sikh child who disappears amid escalating communal tensions. Kareena has to get to the bottom of this murder, while fighting her own motherly instinct.

Hansal Mehta has called the shots for The Buckingham Murders, which marks Kareena's debut as a co-producer with Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor. The film is written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker.
Back in 2023, Bebo had revealed that her character in the film is inspired by Kate Winslet's role in Mare of Easttown. She had told Variety, "I love Mare of Easttown and when Hansal came to me, I said this is something that I've really been dying to do. So we've molded a little bit on those lines, she plays a detective cop in that." The Buckingham Murders has already been screened at the BFI London Film Festival 2023 and earned much praise.
