After pagers, walkie-talkies blasts, Israel says 'many capabilities yet to be activated'
Israeli army chief on Wednesday said that the state has planned many strategic plans ahead by stages adding that the army have many capabilities yet to be activated full capabilities. His statement came shortly after a fresh wave of device explosions occurred throughout Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of nine people and leaving more than 300 injured.

"We have many capabilities we have not yet activated. we plan ahead by stages, at every stage the price paid by Hezbollah should be high," the army chief said, Reuters reported.
Prior to this, the Israeli defence minister had said that they are at the start of "new phase" of war, with the focus shifting towards the north.
