terms of service

what tinydot is

tinydot is a file publishing platform. you publish files to the web by syncing folders on your Mac to your tinydot site.

we handle hosting, delivery, and optional custom domains.

who can use it

you must be at least 18 years old.

you must read and agree to our privacy policy.

you're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

you cannot use tinydot if you reside or pay taxes in: russian federation, belarus, cuba, north korea, iran, bolivia, nicaragua.

payments

all payments are processed by Stripe. by using tinydot you agree to Stripe's terms.

billing is monthly based on your selected plan.

you can cancel anytime. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

we can close your account if your payment is late by more than 90 days.

acceptable use

don't:

• upload illegal content (piracy, malware, abuse material, phishing, scams).
• abuse the service (spam, DOS attacks, unauthorized access).
• use tinydot to break the laws of the State of Delaware in the USA.

we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

content and intellectual property

you own all content you upload.

by publishing sites you give us permission to host and deliver them publicly.

you are responsible for your content and any legal issues.

we can remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

service availability

we provide tinydot "as is" without warranties.

we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. we'll do our best to keep things running smoothly.

we can modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

liability

we're not liable for:

• content you publish.
• data loss or service interruptions.
• indirect damages or lost profits.

our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months.

you agree to indemnify and hold harmless tinydot and System Operator LLC from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of tinydot.

termination

you can close your account anytime from settings.

we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

we reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason.

upon termination your sites will be taken offline and your data will be handled per our privacy policy.

changes to terms

we may update these terms. we'll email active users about significant changes.

continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

governing law

these terms are governed by Delaware law, USA.

disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
