Features
"Most generous free plan" is not a thing we'll ever claim — most of these numbers are Discord's own platform limits, not gifts from us. A few honest caps exist, and heavier features like automations and analytics cost us more to run than the rest — the rest is just what Discord allows.

The app uses Paddle for all subscription plans. Monthly Unlimited is also available through Discord due to their policy requirements, but Discord takes a significant commission from these purchases.
When you subscribe directly through the dashboard where you can access premium features, you support the app's development much more effectively since we receive the full payment instead of a small fraction from Discord.

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific options depending on the payment processor used. Discord uses Stripe, while I use Paddle.
No, you would need to cancel your current subscription and subscribe again with the desired plan.
For monthly subscriptions, you can manage and cancel them through Discord's subscription management page in your User Settings. For yearly subscriptions, you can manage and cancel them at Paddle's Customer Portal, which you can access from the Billing Page.
No, but the free plan already covers everything you need to run support — it's only capped on categories, forms, and custom messages. You can upgrade to the Unlimited plan at any time if you need higher limits or heavier features like automations and advanced analytics.
Currently, you can even subscribe for free - you just have to follow the instructions in the docs.

If you downgrade from Unlimited to the free plan, your server will be subject to the limitations of the free plan. This includes restrictions on the number of messages, categories, forms, and support times you can have.
If you have too many configurations, some of them will automatically become unusable.
Messages, Categories and Forms exceeding the limit will remain, but they cannot be used as will the support schedule. You also won't be able to configure the deactivated items. The custom branding of the bot gets reset as well.

Many configurations are made available again immediately. The only exception is custom branding. You must go to the dashboard yourself and trigger a custom branding update - avatars and banners are not saved for data protection reasons, but custom bios are.
