Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Tierly. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Tierly lets you create, curate, and share lists, links, images, and profile information (“Content”). You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By posting Content, you grant Tierly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content;
• distribute spam, malware, or links to malicious or fraudulent sites;
• harass, impersonate, or violate the privacy or rights of others;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• circumvent usage limits, security, or any features of the Service.

Tierly offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, payments, email, and AI features) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Tierly and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Tierly trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tierly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
